“Looking good, just a small chip on one of the legs of TV cabinet which my husband managed to stick back with Gorilla glue.”

“The delivery system was fine but might not have been! On the day of delivery at 7am we had an email from the couriers saying despite what Roseland said it not been dispatched and then at 9am a message to say it would be there between 9am at 10am! Luckily I was WFH so it was not an issue but it could have been.”

“The oak tv stand that we ordered from you is just what we need for our new tv and the tv is safely standing on it. There are 2 useful storage cupboards as well as the shelves. There was plenty of packaging to protect from any possible damage. I would like to see less plastic in the packaging and tape. I have stated that the delivery was on time but there was an accident on the way and this delayed them through no fault of their own. Pleasant and helpful delivery people.”

“Excellent purchasing and delivery experience. A couple of minor issues with the item itself (packaging very damp on delivery, a piece of fabric attached to the item that shouldn't have been there, some minor scratches and marks on the underside of the item), but no major issues. I have ordered from Roseland Furniture in the past and would do so again.”

“The service was excellent and the table unit good value for money. Two issues which could be improved: The lining up of holes for assembling could be better And the wood markings could be better shown in photos as we almost sent back because of that but managed to turn and face different direction. Will buy from Roseland again”

“Very pleased with our Alba Oak TV stand. Would have given 5 stars, but for two things: one of the holes for the shelf supports was too large and not quite in the right place (easy enough to drill a new hole, but ...), and there's no indication of the maximum recommended weight or TV size.”

“Generally I am very pleased with the product. I wanted something small and this fits the bill. It appears well made and is good quality for the price. However I was concerned about the knobs which could not be fitted without damage to the unit itself. It seemed easiest to buy replacements which I did. However it does detract from my overall satisfaction somewhat.”

“Great quality and arrived in good time too. Easy to assemble the flat packed part of the wardrobe I bought. Really pleased with it! Small amount of damage to the item when it arrived which was disappointing.”

“Lovely piece of furniture( I ordered the extra large chest of drawers) for the price, though was VERY unimpressed by delivery. Was told that it was not possible to arrange a day suitable for delivery, but that the couriers would let me know on the morning of the day they were delivering, and that they would attempt to deliver the item 3 times on consecutive days before returning it to Roseland. I received a text at 11am to say that they would be delivering that day. I was already at work, but thought as they would return the next day, that I could arrange for someone to be in. I arrived home from work to find the item left on the front garden, in the rain. Luckily I got home earlier than normal, and the item wasn't in the rain for too long, so the rain hadn't penetrated the packaging. If I'm honest, the lack of control over the delivery puts me off ordering more items, which I would otherwise buy. I had to apply another layer of wax, and some candle wax under the drawers so they would run smoothly, but otherwise very pleased with the chest of drawers.”
