“We ordered a small white Farrow sideboard. Delivery was much quicker than we expected but, unfortunately, there was a fault in the actual wood used for the top. However, Roseland dealt with this speedily and the item was picked up and exchanged for a new sideboard without fuss and by a very helpful and cheerful delivery man. All in all, a good experience by someone who is not at all used to ordering anything on-line. The sideboard is just perfect for what was needed and looks really good in our hall. Thankyou.”

“Lovely piece of furniture, well-made, prompt delivery. Only flaw was it smelt a bit damp on arrival like had been in warehouse or something. But a quick clean and it was fine!”

“We are very pleased with the cd unit. It is exactly as described and is just what we needed. Our only difficulty was with the communication from the delivery company which was lengthy and obscure. They told us that it was our responsibility to ensure they had the correct delivery address, but didn’t tell us the address they had been given. It left us puzzled and anxious about the delivery. The driver however was courteous and helpful.”

“Very pleased with our Padstow chest of drawers. We especially like the oak top on the white body of the piece. Would have liked drawers a little deeper ideally and it would help if their depth was given on the website.”

“Really pleased with the three items purchased. One of the drawers didn’t fit very well on the TV unit but managed to swap it with the other one and they both work fine.”

“Lovely sideboard. There is a slight imperfection to this but I didn’t want to send back as the item is now out of stock so roseland were very reasonable in reaching an agreeable compromise.”

“Our telephone table arrived badly broken due to transit damage, but Roseland quickly sent a replacement unit. Unfortunately this was also damaged when received but again Roseland customer service responded quickly and soon resolved the issue. Table is generally good quality and assembles easily.”

“I am very happy with the furniture that has been supplied. I had issues in that one piece arrived very battered and it was hard not being able to speak to someone on the phone. However, they did respond to the email communication and the furniture was exchanged within the week. BUT the courier was working alone and the chest explicitly said 2 man lift. Due to the shocking condition of the first piece, I got my partner to help unloading the replacement.”

“I ordered the farrow small sideboard which is absolutely lovely very good quality unfortunately it was damaged but I decided to keep it .Roseland has been wonderful about the whole thing .”

“Very pleased with the furniture even though it came in two deliveries the only problem I had is they did give me plenty of notice when they made the first delivery but they did not let me know for the second delivery so they left the furniture outside the door”
