“Website and price good to use. Delivery very prompt and good delivery company. A few build quality issues, certainly not Roseland as a company's fault more a bad day at the office by the employee. Prompt response from Roseland when contacted and satisfactory conclusion made.”

“Need to replace your delivery firm XDP. No communication about delivery at all, just turned up at 17.45pm out of the blue with no notice. Appalling!!!”

“Nice bookcase for the price. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare, didn't turn up on initial time/day. Tracking didn't work. Took 2 phone calls to Roseland to get sorted and then finally turned up a week later .....”

“Prompt delivery, good sturdy table, one of the drawers is a bit wonky (hence 4 stars and not 5) but I can live with it, wasn't going to mess about sending it back when it's only for the landing!”

“Bought a tv stand to match a previously purchased cabinet. Furniture is good quality & I'm very happy with it. Sadly it was damaged on arrival - a small dent on the front. This may be due to rough handling by the carrier, Tuffnells. I see that company has very poor reviews across the board. Maybe Roseland should consider some other carrier who is more efficient to deliver their goods”

“The delivery was on time - the only thing I would like is for the packaging to be removed and taken away as it is substantial. It does however fully protect the furniture Excellent value and this is my second unit which I love”

“I love the furniture we ordered, it's sturdy and looks great. There were a couple of issues, which I'll explain, but I must say the customer service is excellent. The bookcase I ordered came damaged. I sent off an email, next day they asked me to send pictures then no arguments within a couple days it had been exchanged. I also ordered a TV stand and nest of tables which came with no issues. At the same time we had ordered a side board, and when it didn't arrive with the other bits I sent another email just enquiring where it had got to. Had a reply 24hour later, it appears to have been lost, we shall send you another. So like I said, lovely furniture and great customer service. One thing I would suggest though, I would have appreciated having a delivery date on day of ordering or soon after. The order was also split in half, so the bookcase arrived on one day and the other parts a few days later.”

“Lovely furniture, but I was expecting a two-man delivery to the room of our choice as specified in the item description. Apparently this does not happen due to Covid. I emailed the company but have not had the courtesy of a reply.”

“Lovely quality tv cabinet that seems well made and very accurate to the website photo. The only negative aspect was the deliverer who did not deliver on the day they set and then offered no explanation or alternative date - confusing.”

“Second piece from them Good quality but still waiting for missing screws to put handles on and courier they use is poor.Uses lame excuses saying they could not find me. Suggested they use different couriers.Furniture otherwise is fine.”

“The Walnut consul table was delivered on the day with excellent packaging around the table. Once open and the dust cleaned off it is a very nice well built piece of furniture.”

“The furniture (Artisan 3 Drawer Bedside with Brass Inlay Drawer Fronts) is great and lovely quality, and it was delivered very speedily after we ordered. The only reason this is 4 stars rather than 5 is that the delivery driver left the parcel in a bizarre hedge/bit of damp soil to the side of our house - we didn't realise the parcel was there for some time, but luckily it hadn't been damaged.”
