“The Roseland Larder was delivered in a timely manner, no waiting around for 4 weeks like some competitors. The larder makes a real statement in our barn and we are delighted with it. Our only concern was that it was delivered kerbside and weighed 80Kg, however the driver and two of us managed to move it into the house eventually. We were disappointed that there was no option for a two man delivery into the house.”

“This is a fabulous piece of furniture- would have been 5 stars but it was let down because the screws supplied to fix handles on were too short to grip all but 3 of the 10 knobs so we had to buy more before my elderly mum could use it.”

“Communication regarding delivery was good as some items were not in stock at time of ordering. All items delivered in good condition and packing was particularly good. We had a small problem with some missing screws (which we were unable to source locally) and asked Roseland if they could supply these. Assembly of the furniture was delayed until these arrived over a week later and with some prompting. About half of the screws were the correct size with the rest being an assortment of types and sizes, some of which were not suitable. I managed to replace the worst offenders from my own "collection". Whilst a relatively minor inconvenience, it was a shame that the suite of furniture could not be completed following delivery. However, overall we are pleased with the furniture and feel it was competitively priced. I feel we would purchase from Roseland again.”

“Good furniture. But bad delivery service. The courier wanted to leave item in the manual area instead of my doorstep. Saying he is ill and not allowed to go up. Shouted at me and when asked to take it back, he brought it up with a lot of anger. I paid for the item and I don't deserved behavior like this.”

“Very good delivery, delivered on time, however I was not given a delivery date or time, luckily the driver phoned me while I was in work, I work close to home & he waited for me to nip home to accept the delivery, which was much appreciated. The furniture itself is all good quiality, as a reasonable price.”

“I am delighted with the nest of tables and the cupboard, but the small bookcase was.t of the same quality, and the shelves weren't high enough to take the normal paper backs standig up, so they all need to be lying down, which is not ideal.”

“Only 4 stars,,,,only gor the reason we had to pay an extra £35 as we live in northern Ireland. The corner tv stand is lovely and sits well in our room. Living in northern Ireland we are penalised every time.”

“They are very efficient and delivered to our holiday address and it all went smoothly. Unfortunately one item of furniture had a slight scratch on it and they responded almost immediately. Once they had seen the photo within the hour the situation was resolved after giving us options of refund Compensation or replacement. Will b using them again”

“One thing you could do is get rid of your autmated email, as it quite offensive. Many people suffer from mental illness, myself being one, and an email such as the one you send out doesn't help matters, it would be better to get a more personal email. It wouldn't matter if it was to take a little longer to reply, but people would appreciate it more, and that would show a more personal touch from yourselves. The time between ordering and delivery is quite good, but if you order multiple items, it would be nice if they came together. You say that you can track your delivery but I've had two items turn up separately, and didn't know they were coming on those days, so that needs to be looked at.”

“Ordered one small console table but it arrived damaged. Roseland arranged a collection and redelivery so all is well. Only gave 4 stars because of the inconvenience but Roseland actually managed the replacement just fine.”
