“Items are of really good quality and where build of items are required, they are easy to complete. Very well packaged to prevent damage. Delivery was a bit of an issue as delivery company sub contracted the delivery and didn’t call ahead as they were supposed to.”

“The 5 drawer chest of drawers is beautiful and exceeded expectations, the colour is beautiful and very well made. It does however have a scratch /cut on the frame at the front which was disappointing, hence the 4 stars , did not return it as it was an urgent need”

“This was the 4th Roseland piece of furniture we have bought and have been delighted with the product and delivery. The only reason I gave a 4star review was the fact it had to be assembled at home I didn’t notice in the description that this was required. It was quite easy to do so it didn’t cause too much of a problem.”

“We have bought two bookcases from Roseland Furniture and both have been as advertised and the quality has been good. We have also had very good communication from them with them keeping us updated with the status of our orders. They also responded quickly and well to our queries. The products are well made and sturdy, they also look very good in place.”

“The furniture was fine. Well packed. The simple assembly of the table proved a bit of a challenge as the bolts were difficult to screw in because of lack of space to turn the key. The delivery was poor. Initially delivered to next door. Only my intervention stopped the driver from just leaving them in the wrong place. We ended up with 2 heavy parcels on our drive outside the front door. We are in our 60s and found it very difficult to manage them. I thought the driver was going to get the paperwork... but the engine started and he was gone. I know it's covid and all that but this was not what we expected. He was also earlier than the time slot given so it was just luck that we saw him at our neighbours front door.”
