“Looks beautiful and a reasonable price. Quick efficient delivery. Our only disappointment was from the photograph we thought it had two small drawers, which turned out to be a single drawer.”

“Ordered a nest of tables to match the rest of the furniture we have,arrived quickly and was well packed unfortunately when we unpacked them the legs were loose and crooked and cracks in supports,contacted customer service and arranged for them to be returned and a replacement sent these also arrived quickly (top marks to delivery guy) the second set had a flaw /damage on the top of one of the tables needed the tables urgently so Roseland offered a partial refund, customer service polite and easy to deal with”

“Bookcase good value for money nice small piece of furniture. Courier used for delivery dreadful. Said 3x they had delivered when they had not and then delivered to wrong address and left bookcase outside in pouring rain.Our address is easy to find. Roseland were helpful but difficult to make contact with as phones were often off. Delivery company no contact number to call them on.”

“Your furniture is good but it turns out I could have saved close to £30 By buying through amazon for same item. I believe in keeping shops and firms open but if amazon can supply cheaper that is where orders will be placed. Again that said your product is good.”

“Two problems, first the handles were both faulty, one was marked the other had raised bubbles in the finish, no t really a problem for us as we were going to change them anyway, secondly the top should be redesigned to have an overlap at the back to take in skirting boards and in our case we have laminate flooring that has beading to finish it off and that added to our skirting makes the table stand about 1" away from the wall, shame as love the rest of it.”

“I have had my tv unit and coffee tables for a couple of weeks now and they are excellent really pleased with the quality. The only thing I must say is the delivery was not good. I was on my own at my flat on the first floor and I popped down the stairs to open the door, the delivery man dropped them by the door and said that’s it so I asked if he would bring them inside which he did and replied this is a one man job. I could not pick them up so I asked him if he could just pop them on the stairs which he did and left fortunately there were men in the building servicing the lift one of the men came up the stairs and took them to my door. I accept it was only a one man delivery but there was no way I could have got the furniture there myself. I wasn’t told it was a one man delivery so thought it would be taken to the door, that would put me off ordering from you again.”

“Very pleased with furniture. Very well packaged and quick delivery. I would have given 5 stars If we had been given advance warning / choice of delivery date. We just received a text early one morning from the courier to say it would be delivered later that day which would have been inconvenient if we had planned to go out.”

“Very happy with the tallboy . It is good quality and value for money. Arrived fully assembled which is a plus. Communication with Roseland was very good. Would but again from this company .”

“The furniture is good and is packed really well to prevent any damage. However, the communication is poor. I was expecting my furniture mid August and it was not delivered until the first week of September. Roseland took no responsibility for the slow delivery and continually blamed the courier. Each week they promised to come back to me with a resolution but they did not. The overall supply process is the responsibility of Roseland and once they had been paid, customer service was definitely not a priority.”

“A lovely unit. Well made and just what we were looking for. It finishes our hall beautifully. The only down side was the time it took to receive, which was about a month and then turned up on our doorstep! Opened the front door and there it was.”

“The sideboard is lovely. It could do with being a few centimetres wider. Also I had no emails/text or calls to say when the delivery was coming. My poor neighbourhood to it for me but then had to get help to carry it to my house. Not very helpful. I was told I would have a text/email so I would have arranged to be at home.”
