“There was a long delay as the item was out of stock. The delivery was wrapped well for transit so I assume that the slight damage to the top was caused at manufacture.”

“Furniture seems good. Quick communication was difficult in a covid environment and arranging delivery was very inflexible. Otherwise happy with what I bought”

“The delivery was very quick. However, there is no option of choosing convenient date for delivery and no option of re-arranging it. They just turned up and kept attempting to deliver it every day. We were away and I emailed customer service asking to deliver it a couple of days later but they still turned up next day when we were still away and left a massive box with chest of drawers outside our entrance door. All neighbours were shocked how this big unit was just dumped near the entrance door.. We were not impressed about it.”

“We ordered an oak suite for a spare bedroom and are delighted with the appearance and functionality of the items. Close inspection reveals that the manufacturer has used combinations of wood very skilfully leaving the very best for the bits that are on show. The goods were extremely well packaged so there was no damage in transit. It was relatively easy to assemble, but, a few parts of the construction might challenge someone who is weak at DIY. A few holes were poorly drilled, and much care was needed to keep everything on the wardrobe 'square'. This is not top quality furniture but would be absolutely fine for most people - and we are discerning customers - and is certainly good value. I wish products like this were available when we started out on a limited budget and had to go for the chipboard furniture that is distinctly inferior to this. The relatively short wait for delivery most most welcome given the delays that are common with many firms at the moment.”

“Delivery was quicker than expected. Bookcase was left outside the front door. We had to carry it in ourselves which was not too hard for us but a person on their own who struggles to lift might have found that problematic.”

“Wrong item sent at first, but quickly corrected. Drawers slightly flimsey and cushion could do with being thicker and having a removable cover, being beige its bound to get dirty! However, bench looks good and happy with both item and service, delivery company gave a two hour window which they stuck to.”

“The furniture is nice but the packaging on it for transportation is woeful and totally inadequate to protect the furniture in transit. We have had 4 deliveries to try and fill an order for 2 bookcases and still have not had our order filled. We are now waiting for the 5th delivery and are keeping our fingers crossed that the bookcase arrives undamaged. So far 3 of the 4 bookcases we have had delivered have been badly damaged.”

“Well made furniture that looks lovely. Was disappointed that the backs look so terrible as wanted to use the lamp table as a small coffee table. But on the whole nice furniture at a great price.”

“Easy to order online and quick delivery via amazing dpd 1-hour slot! This hallway furniture, with seat and shoe storage, looks great for the price and a perfect size for my holiday lodge ‘hallway’. Sadly, could not award 5***** , as one of the Storage baskets is slightly too big and bit tight for the gap, so it gets stuck part way. Hope it will not become damaged as a result of someone forcing it 😢...”

“good quality furniture,good price. Only issue for me,is as a disabled person leaving the furniture outside is not really acceptable even with Covid.I was not warned it was going to happen.luckily I had a neighbour to move it inside for me”
