“Quality of product is good and looks just like the photos. The delivery service was very poor though. My chest of drawers was left discarded in the middle of the street without any call, text or doorbell ring. The only reason I realised it was there was because I left my flat for lunch. However this doesn’t reflect Roseland themselves but the third party delivery service they use.”

“Happy with Roseland product. Not happy with delivery, it was left at wrong address on there drive occupants not in until after 6 pm I was in all day waiting for delivery ,product had my address on. No excuse .”

“Fits perfectly in the room,but the finish is a little disappointing. The varnish has pooled on the wood In places and some of it needs rubbing down and repolishing. Not a big job, but not what I expected having to do”

“Well the first thing to say is the items I ordered from Roseland were in the middle of the Covid pandemic, so any delay in delivery was entirely expected. The furniture itself is of good quality, looks good and is representative of the photos on the web site. It is good value for what it is. The only criticism would be in the communication when they did deliver, as in telling me there was one item coming when in fact all three were. Which wouldn`t have been a problem but had to dispose of old furniture to put new in! All in all would recommend them.”

“Furniture as expected, delivery company poor - did not inform of delivery date which Roseland furniture said would happen (consequently not in) and took much time and effort to organise another! Even then arrived at a different time from specified. The courier would put me off from order wing from Roseland again in the future”

“Roseland were easy to deal with, but when ordering couldn't give a definite date for delivery, only 5-7 days, which makes if difficult if you are working. But then I received a text two days later saying it was being delivered that day (also inconvenient if I had been at work). I was pleased with this but not so pleased when it arrived over three hours after the allotted time-slot. I think it came by courier, not a Roseland driver.”

“Great furniture. Good delivery and exchange if things aren't quite right. Our bed was delivered with the wrong size Slats but the exchange was made quickly and without any difficulty.”
