“Beautiful sideboard came complete and well packed. We had to put the matching coffee table together but it looks good even after our intervention! The furniture is good value and a great addition to our living room.”

“Have had furniture in past with no complaint but this time I ordered a Dressing Table and found a hole near the drawer handle which was made but not used. So much for Inspection Control!!”

“Was a bit disappointed - there were some scuff marks and the supplied parts were not 100% as described in the assembly instructions. The wardrobes were easy to put together though, so at least that was according to expectations.”

“Very pleased with the island I bought, I can’t fault that . It states on the site that the delivery company would contact me on the day with a 2 hour delivery slot. I got a call from a guy saying he was 5 mins away in a big truck that couldn’t fit down the street . He took it away again and said they would deliver that afternoon. Nothing turned up .’ I messaged Roseland via their site but got no reply . Next day I get no call , they were outside with my island on a truck with no means of getting it off the truck . He told me it was loaded by forklift then looked at me ..........funnily enough I don’t have a forklift handy at my end .”

“Product lovely. Delivery price £25 for 2 men just to dump it in packaging in my bedroom very disappointed as I have a bad back had to pay someone else to set it up !!”

“Would have been 5 stars but one piece of furniture looked quite shoddy workmanship on arrival, i.e. wood split and gap where the wood didn’t join. However, I contacted Roseland Furniture and couldn’t have asked for better customer service. The faulty TV unit was replaced in three days and faulty one returned. I am very pleased with the Farrow TV unit, Farrow Lamp table and Farrow Coffee table and would definitely use Roseland Furniture again.”

“I was very happy with my furniture sideboard Coffee table Side table Slight dents in sideboard that was sorted out straight away with a small discount and a pot of paint, I found the customer service spot on!! Only thing I was not happy with were the firm who delivered furniture turned up very late in the day no apology and abruptl”

“I ordered my furniture and it arrived ahead of schedule, furniture is brilliant, good quality, and looks really good. The only downside was one of the draws was missing a screw and handle, this unfortunately has not been forthcoming which is very disappointing. Hopefully it arrives soon.”
