“Nothing wrong with the company, however the couriers they use has resulted in my order being damaged twice. It clearly says on the box instructions that it requires a two-man lift, however it has been observed both times only one person handled my delivery.”

“I recently purchased a TV stand from Roseland, but unfortunately it was damaged in transport although the box was clearly labelled fragile. Rather than return the item I took up the offer of a substantial partial refund and also received from them information regarding the exact colour it was painted in order to assist my repair. Considering the current restrictions, the customer support was prompt and helpful. I would buy from them again.”

“Great service. Very fast delivery! My item arrived and had a little nick on one of the door handles, a quick email later and a replacement was on it's way. The item itself is nice although I think some of the attention to detail with the paintwork could be looked at (back the legs not painted well or insides of drawers), but it's a greate little sideboard for what we paid ... and no requirement to put it together which is a good send!”

“Lovely, sturdy, piece of furniture, and exactly what I was looking for. It stands near a unit from another famous Oak Furniture company, and its hard to tell the difference!. It arrived within a week of purchase, just as promised, but unfortunately the entire fixing kit was missing. An email to to company was responded to within 2 working days. The kit arrived 4 days later, but it was still missing some of the washers and the wall bracket fixings. I've managed to build the unit anyway - the washers aren't really necessary - and hence my rating of 4. Overall I am very pleased with it, and I would consider buying again.”

“I purchased a small sideboard which arrived in a couple of days with no problems with the delivery. It came very well packaged but when we opened it we noticed a few dents/scratches on the item and when I contacted Roseland the same day and supplied photos they arranged either a full refund or an exchange straight away with no hesitation. I opted for the exchange and have been told an estimated delivery date. Overall I am impressed with the service provided and would not hestitate to purchase from them again. The sideboard is lovely (apart from the damage) and looks really nice in my hallway.”

“The chest of drawers is very good, well packed. The delivery guys brought up a flight of stairs. I was disappointed with lack of being able to speak to someone re delivery. This was all rather rushed and frustrating when you are given a mobile number and either rings off hook, or cannot take a call. Not very satisfactory customer service.”

“Excellent quality. I thought it came already assembled but it wasn't which is the reason why I am giving it 4 stars. The amount of assembly was minimal, it still required two people to put it together because it was solid wood and obviously quite heavy. The quality is great and exactly what I expected.”

“The small bookcase I had to buy from the description and photo as there were none of this colour on display. I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend this company. The reason for only four stars is the delivery company used made complete mess of the arrangements forcing me to cancel an appointment. I have received an apology from them.”

“Ordering easy , advised when item became available to order. Prompt delivery only issue was I was not notified of delivery date and time until the day it was being delivered. Luckily I was able to arrange for someone to be available to accept the order. Furniture well packaged and quality as stated, had a slight issue with one item but was rectified immediately. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or order in future .”

“The bookcase I bought is excellent and suits my needs exactly. Very good in terms of build quality, and the colour is true to the images shown on the website. The only issue was the mixed messages; one message was that the item was ready for despatch, quickly followed by another saying it was out of stock. I never found out why! However, when it did arrive it was on time, and well packed. In all I would say Roseland is a supplier worth using and I may do so again.”
