“A mixed experience---- Though seemingly well-packed the tallboy which I ordered was damaged. I opted for a replacement but that too was damaged. As the damage was not too obvious I decided to keep it as I liked the product. I requested a reduction for damaged goods and accepted a third off the original price. This was refunded immediately. During the whole interaction with the company I was dealt with apologetically, courteously and without quibble.”

“Service was fragmented, bought a bedroom set dressing table & chest of draws. they arrived 2-3 months apart? both items of furniture had minor damage due to rough handling and poor packaging. Both were repaired and needed touch up.”

“Quality okay for what you pay, colour spot on and great furniture for what I wanted to achieve, delivered very quickly, one item within 24hrs of despatch second item two working days later, so cannot fault the service”

“The standard of furniture is basically very good. However, we have ordered 2 items in the past: a wooden CD rack and a Farrow cream TV stand. Whilst, we are pleased with them, both have obvious flaws in their appearance. The CD rack has a mark in the wood on the front and the TV stand has a knot in the oak top at the front, very obvious, and also the drawer beneath doesn't fit as flush as it should. These are both things that, with proper production control, should have been eliminated.”

“Excellent piece of furniture, only negitive view, is the delivery company who have no indication of delivery day / time so someone could be at, they left with a neighbour, so I had to get help carry it into house.”

“Very good service. Unfortunately, one item was damaged when delivered, but Roseland arranged a replacement and for the damaged item to be collected. We are very pleased with the bedside tables we bought.”

“Delivered quickly from stock and well protected by its packaging. Sadly there are a few places on the unit where the use of wood filler is clearly visible. This is disappointing. But the item is competitively priced and overall good value for the money.”

“the tv oak stand was nice but the piece of oak between the two drawers was marked on wood but did not look like a scratch but if it was oil was not oil wright but apart from that it was a very good buy and dilivery was great and thank you very much”
