“The quality of the furniture is excellent my only issue was the colour, it was described as antique grey but when it arrived it was more of a beige than a grey. Problem easily rectified with a tin of furniture paint the grey I wanted.”

“A nice well finished unit at a decent price. The free delivery offered is a bit misleading. Get a quote on the delivery if you live in Northern Ireland. It cost me an extra £35 but I reckon was still good value. Very well packaged and everything was in order. The dressing table and stool was easily assembled.”

“Lovely smart looking DVD unit, the perfect size for a corner of my living room. A massive bonus that it comes fully assembled, other than to attach the wall fixture point. My only slight criticism is that, although the DVDs fit perfectly, there could do with being a small gap between the DVDs and the next shelf up as it is quite difficult to get the DVDs out.”

“We've had several items from Roseland, but this is the first time we had orderd online and had delivery! Lovely furniture and delivery was on time and we were kept informed all the way through! Will be ordering again! X”

“Very pleased with my side board looks very nice, I know I had to wait a while but it was worth it. A very nice young man carried it my house, although I did pay for two thinking it would take two. I will buy again from you.”

“Good value for money furniture that arrives well packaged. However the courier used is highly unreliable. After receiving an email to download their App, they wrongly claim that they are delivering at a certain day and time, this happened 3 times and the App was update to say they had missed us, when we were actually at home. Roseland did not help in this situation to guarantee a delivery time and day.”

“The small cream/oak TV stand arrived very swiftly and well packaged. It is exactly as illustrated, a sturdy neat piece of furniture and the only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the cream rather more yellow than expected, but it looks excellent in my home.”

“so far the furniture looks good, the only problem was delivery I didn't want delivery until after the 16 July but its come in dribs and drab because it was 6 items i would have thought it would have all delivered at the same time frank cole banwell somerset”

“No problems with the furniture at all. Very good. However, the courier service (XPD) was very poor, no delivery at the appointed time (lunchtime). I had to create an account on the couriers website to use their tracking service which didn't work at all, no communication at all regarding delays. The furniture was delivered the following day with no warning at 7:15 a.m. Waking up myself and my wife. The driver did apologise stating family issues but the couriers did not let us know at all.”

“Bookcase did have a couple of marks on it but i decided they were not worth complaining over. Delivery service was disappointing. I paid extra to have two man delivery and checked my 3 hour delivery window the night before to make sure there were no changes. Delivery should have been between between 9am and 12 noon. They arrived at 07.15am!! I was still in my PJ's and not impressed. It irked me even more that when I received my delivery confirmation later that day they stated they delivered at 8.55am! I expected a more professional service, considering I paid extra.”

“Roseland Furniture were great. The desk we bought is great. Unfortunately, the courier, XDP, are an absolute disgrace and it's astonishing that any form would use them, seriously, just Google them and read the horror stories. I will never again knowingly buy from a store that uses XDP and I implore Roseland to switch to another firm.”
