“I was impressed with the customer service - one item that I had ordered was out of stock, and I was offered the option of waiting until both items were in stock, or having the wardrobe delivered within a few days, followed by the bedside table when it arrived. Communication was good.”

“Arrived on time excellent quality but it did have a few marks on one of the legs,scuff marks not quite sure what to put on it to cover it up,to make it blend in”

“My first order came and was damage I got another in good time but the bolts were wrong still waiting on the new bolts table looks good but need the new bolts to secure the table”

“Excellent service and fast delivery. Really nice bookcase and would have given 5 stars apart from the fact that it doesn’t look cream, it looks grey. On the box it states ivory.”

“The TV stand arrived promptly and looked good. It fitted our alcove, as measured, perfectly and is very useful. The chief problem is the drawer has no stop and when full of DVDs etc it is difficult to open without falling on your toes. However, overall it is very good value.”

“Tv stand was damaged when delivered but that was sorted out by a nice person on the phone and a new one despatched which was fine , my complaint is with the carriers we had no notification when it was being delivered and it was just left outside !!! Then they came about 3times to pick the damaged 1 but never notified us so we weren’t at home ;this definitely needs to be sorted .”

“Furniture looks great but was dumped outside our front door on the pavement and we don't know how long it was standing there. No email sent to confirm when it would be delivered and no one knocked on door. Could easily have been stolen if it wasn't for the weight of the sideboard”
