“I'm pleased with the sideboard but would like to suggest that you put more protective padding on the corners as both the top right back and top left back corners have sustained minor damage. I'm prepared to live with it as I can't face the hassle of trying to send it back.”

“We bought 2 of the London oak tall bookcases and they look very nice. 1 was slightly damaged (hence the 4 stars) but in an area that doesn't show so we didn't try to send it back. Very impressed with the speed of delivery and free delivery. We have sinc e made 2 more puchases from Roseland and are very happy with them too. They'll get 5 stars.”

“Such a shame you are let down by your delivery service. I ordered a Farrow sideboard and 12 days later had not received it. I contacted yourselves and was told that there had been a problem and the item had not left your warehouse. The XPD track service was then updated immediately and the item was delivered the next day. I am completely happy withy the item it was well packaged and looks great in our dining room. I emphasise that this was not a problem with XPD.”

“I ordered 2 pieces of furniture, one of which was damaged. This was replaced within a few days and I was offered the option of a refund if I preferred that. The furniture is not expensive and up to the expected standard”

“I have now purchased 4 items of your furniture and am quite pleased. I do think the internal bases of the drawers are very cheap looking. Your choice of delivery companies leave a lot to be desired, i.e., Tuffnells. Items arrived with no notice whatsoever, very lucky I was in. 2 items dispatched separately within 2 days of each other, not very clever planning I would say!”

“We ordered a tv stand and the money went out immediately. However, we were very disappointed that we never received a confirmation e-mail causing a little consternation on our part. The item was out of stock causing a long delay, again we did the chasing as to its whereabouts. Then unfortunately the stand was damaged in transit. From then on it was dealt with quickly and professionally and our replacement arrived safely and we are very pleased with it.”

“We purchased a bedside cabinet, a small bookshelf and a double bed from the 'Normandy' range. The cabinet and bookshelf came within 2 days but we had to wait 2 weeks for the bed. I did need to chase up the bed via email after 8 days but from then on received good comms and the bed arrived as stated with no issues whatsoever. An interesting point to note is that prior to purchase we were looking at exactly the same furniture under a different name from a different well known household and furniture supplier and it was considerably more expensive. This made the decision to buy much easier as the saving was considerable. I checked both websites and the stock pictures are identical with only the name (and the price) different as far as I could tell. The fact that we found the same items cheaper was by pure chance as we had almost decided on buying from the more well known supplier. Overall we are very happy with our furniture particularly the bed which is very solid and well made and we would purchase from Roseland again given the option. 😊”

“Lovely furniture, first one delivered damaged but customer service was great, they picked it up and exchanged within a week. I would say the delivery could be better you get a email at 9am-10am on the day of delivery, so they leave it a bit late if you are working.”

“Overall, pleased with the quality and look of the bedroom furniture. However, the instructions were poor and there were screws and bolts missing and we had a problem with the hinges which were bent and appeared not to fit as there was a step missing from the instructions and getting hold of someone to talk to was difficult.”

“My tv unit came extremely well wrapped. Took me ages to unwrap, I was very pleased with it, as I needed a longer length, due to a bigger tv, it exceeded my expectations. It fits very well will my other furniture and the price was very good. It was sent very quickly.”
