“The tall bookcase purchased is well made and was excellently packed for carriage. It is a pity that the top brown frame of this bookcase is'nt solid.”

“First item arrived completely damaged. Arranged for this to be collected but they did not arrive until 3 days later! Then still received daily emails for the next 3 days to say they would be calling to collect that day. Replacement item received … and all great 😊 fantastic piece of furniture. Just the courier service lets this great furniture company down.”

“The furniture arrived promptly and without a fuss. The quality is very good and I am very pleased with my purchase. The only thing I would comment on is the delivery people refused to unpack it for me to check it over and as I am 84 years old it wasn't easy to unpack and I had to recruit help from a neighbour. Other than that I would definitely return to Roseland in the future.”

“There was a slight misunderstanding with my address, as the couriers were not answering the phone, i phoned Roseland, a real person answered immediately and took ownership of the issue and kept me informed by phone and email until the table arrived the next day. Very impressed with company and product”

“Delivered, quickly, as promised & the item arrived undamaged. The concern is that the courier used only one-man delivery. Since the item weighed 47Kg, it is not surprising that larger items get damaged in transit. Fortunately, this arrived in one piece.”
