“Was initially happy with the ordering and speedy delivery. Upon opening the item purchased noticed some damage which must have been done prior to couriering. Emailed as was happy to save the hassle of sending back but to get a refund for what it would roughly cost for a French polisher to come out to rectify the issue. Offered £30 for a nearly £300 TV unit !! Told them to collect but had to wrap product back up ourselves dont know who has furniture wrapping materials in their home but certainly not us.”

“The bookcase is very solid and well crafted. Although wall brackets are supplied, its weight keeps it steady. The shelves are fixed, which means that larger books have to lie on their side. The light oak finish is good quality.”

“I am very pleased with the furniture which I have obtained from Roseland Furniture and have just accepted delivery of the third order. Everything was well packed, delivered on time and of excellent quality. I would have no hesitation in obtaining furniture from them in the future.”

“Yes I like the tv unit however, after receiving only 1 item and constantly chasing for the second, still not received nearly 2 months on! Poor customer service. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone! Awaiting response from emails! Wont buy again!”
