“We ordered 2 pieces of oak furniture a coffee and a console table. We slightly worried about them looking very different as they were from different ranges but they look ok together. Both are well made and look good and we are very happy with them. This is the second time we have ordered from Roseland and would happily use them again.”

“Delivered twice before spcified delivery address and I wasnt living at the property, then not delivered on specified date. Tracking stated delivered when it had not. Then unable to re deliver as had to re order items but they were out of stock so had to wait a month. 1 sideboard arrived damaged, another sideboard arrived without handles. Incorrectly charged for items and still awaiting a refund. Poor customer serivce takes ages to repsond to emails, unable to get through by phone and they wont call you back.”

“Well made piece of furniture, good quality at a reasonable price. Far better than Next, whose self-assembly item had to be sent back twice, and was more expensive. I highly recommend this company.”

“I was delighted with my purchase of the Zelah large dresser. I had been waiting for it to come back in stock for months. The wood is beautifully finished and it looks fantastic. Delivery was great too. I have now ordered a bookcase to match.”

“Lovely small sideboard. Arrived earlier than expected. Had to swap the drawers around as they weren't sitting straight but this sorted that and one of the doors must not be flat/straight. There are 2 magnets (per door) to keep the door closed. The bottom 1 on 1 side won't stay tight, pops open just a little. The top 1 holds it closed though so is fine. Overall a lovely piece of furniture.”

“Terrible service, absolutely awful communication. I was told my item had shipped on 4th Feb to guarantee delivery before 14th Feb. I've chased customer services many times and their response has been slow and completely useless. It's now 25th Feb with no sign of my item, no communication from the courier (I still don't know who the courier is meant to be) and here I am again chasing it up. DO NOT BUY FROM ROSELAND UNLESS YOU WANT A LOT OF STRESS!!”
