“The delivery of the sideboard was speedy which was great for us. The unit looks good but maybe the sides and doors could be made from a better quality wood as it cheapens the unit.”

“Appalling customer services! Would not recommend this company at all. I placed my order on the 3rd of Feb. Delivery time of goods is longer than what is stated (taking into consideration of covid restrictions) Absolutely no communication/update from Roseland. I have had to chase up every stage after placing my order for ETA of the order. Phone lines are now not open and replys to email need chasing as they don't seem to reply. On rare occasions they've replayed to my emails asking for an update. Frustrated with lack of communication, I requested a refund on the 10th of Feb only to receive a dispatch notification the very next day! Am now waiting for goods to be returned by THEIR delivery services (even though I hadn't received anything) before they issue a refund. I would have happily waited if I was kept informed and updated without having to chase them. Funnily they had no issues or delays in taking money for the goods. That seems to be working fine for them! Avoid”

“The item is fine. Unfortunately, I stupidly misordered a CD holder instead of a DVD holder. I emailed Roseland immediately and again, asking if I could pay for delivery for an exchange, but I have heard nothing back. This is quite frustrating.”

“Very good service. I was kept informed all the way from my order to delivery and received my sideboard with absolutely no problems at all. I’m very pleased with it, it’s very good quality and looks lovely in my dining room. I will definitely buy from roseland furniture again.”

“I ordered a coffee table and sideboard at the beginning of the year and was advised of a 3 wk wait as the table was out of stock. Fast forward middle of February and they arrived. Unfortunately the sideboard was very badly damaged. I got in touch with the company and was assured that it would be replaced within 8 days. Very pleased to say it has been! Lovely sideboard and table. Can’t fault the quality.”
