“Furniture excellent. Customer service extremely poor that’s why my score is 3. You tried to make a duplicate delivery on 16 Feb, which we refused and delivery driver was going to return it. I gave you relevant details in the on line form as I tried to ring you on 2 different numbers and no one answered, I completed your on line form and sent it to you 16 Feb, today 23 Feb and still no response!!! I find it totally unacceptable that no apparent action has been taken with my communication to you .... and to generate an auto request for a review just rubs it in that as I customer I am not valued, as you can’t be bothered to deal with a query I raised a week ago today! Today’s date 23 Feb 2021.”

“I sent an email last week re the T V cabinet bought recently. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I was disappointed to find that the rear sides of the cabinet were not of such good quality wood as the front. I also thought that the drawers would have been more useful if they had been 1cm wider - then two rows of DVDs would have fitted. Otherwise I was pleased with my purchase which gives a more modern feel to my lounge.”

“Looks great , already assembled which I was worried it might be flat packed . Should say assembled on pick to maybe be more of an insentive for people to purches . Couldn't be happier . Quickly delivered .”

“Speedy delivery nice piece of furniture, slight dent on front but not bad enough to return.Courier didnot contact me in advance they just turned up! Lucky I was home.Would shop here again.”

“Fantastic service. Ordered a lamp table to match existing London Oak furniture we have. Notified when it was being delivered, arrived on time. No assembly required. Another lovely piece of furniture, good quality at a reasonable cost.”
