“I ordered bedroom furniture back in November with delivery advised 4 weeks, 4 items I knew would not be delivered until February. There was a fire at the factory which I understood but there was no communication from Roseland to update the situation I had to chase a few times. My furniture finally arrived on January 8th, the furniture is excellent very well made and sturdy. That left 4 items to be delivered, unfortunately Roseland used XDP which are a complete joke, I had notification of delivery 17th February only 2 items turned up, on 18th February 1 item turned up and as of today I have not received the final item, I have range XDP and was on the phone for 1 hour with no answer, I have emailed them on 18th February with no reply. I am hoping I can contact the local office who will advise if not I will be ringing Roseland as all this furniture has been fully paid for.”

“Bought the Farrow corner tv unit. Not the quality I had expected. MDF with a veneer. Drawer doesn’t have slider. Delivered with 2 small chips. I shan’t be purchasing from Riseland again unfortunately”

“High quality products, which look great and wouldn't recognise MDF if it could. Real wood and very sturdy, with deep drawers which can accommodate many items. Also, the chest of drawers and the two bedside units came extremely well protected and - the magic words- " fully assembled." Even the handles were attached. So, for an inept d.i.y. person like me, this was an ideal situation, as there was no need for a swear box during "assembly". Last, but perhaps not least, delivery within a week. Thank you. “Product of very good quality but spoilt by no wood on back or sides. As sides are open base of shelves now shows bare wood - not stained or waxed.”

“We ordered a bookcase which was delivered quickly, is reasonably priced and of excellent quality. The main differences between Roseland and all of their competitors was the delivery time (months in some cases) and price. We are extremely happy with our purchase.”

“Terrible, stay away spend your money elsewhere. Do not trust their delivery supplier because they will lie and say they delivered but they didn’t. So you are running around chasing to get an explanation. Missing pieces and when emailed regarding this, customer service completed ignored me. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!”
