“14 days after telling me that my order is on its way and no delivery you should have checked to see if delivery had been made before asking me to review as my opinion is VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“I purchased a chest of drawers this time. Delivered on time. Very well packed. Best of all, it’s lovely, sturdy and well made, not the rubbish flat packs. Please have a look on the website. Plus it’s UK based.”

“Couldn't be more pleased with the furniture exactly as described delivery was very good & the packaging was very good so that the furniture arrived in perfect condition. Wouldn't hesitate using them again & advise anyone looking for oak furniture to look here first but always check the sizes.”

“Have not received goods yet. Have phoned before and also phoned Tufnell who told me to ring uou again and when I do all I get is an automated message saying they are updating the system.”

“After searching the internet for weeks, started to look slim at finding the perfect furniture. I stumbled across Roseland, was skeptical due to mixed reviews, decided to go on gut feeling and order. Roseland had the furniture in the colour needed and both items in stock. So glad I ordered now as items were perfectly secure and from ordering to delivery was about 3days no joke and the weather was horrible. Definitely order again, got one Happy Wife..”

“We're very happy with the bookcase (Large London Oak). We had a bit of a hiccup with delivery insomuch as I'd thought we'd get a message the day before to say the delivery would be made the following day, but instead I got a text message about 20 mins before it was delivered which I missed because the phone was charging - and in any case was a problem as it was being delivered to my sons house. The delivery men rang me when they couldn't get anybody to answer the door but wouldn't wait until we drove over (10 mins). They lifted the bookcase over the back gate and left it in the garden in the snow!!. Fortunately there was no damage as the bookcase was very well wrapped. My suggestion is to get the courier company to send a message the day before delivery - like most other couriers do - that would have been less of a flap for us.”

“The bookcase we ordered arrived very well packaged. It is solid, looks lovely and has made a welcome addition to our home. My only niggle was that we had to chase for updates on our anticipated delivery from placing the order. Information was not forthcoming from Roseland in advance which was disappointing. We would, however, buy from them again due to the excellent quality of the furniture.”
