“The bookcase we ordered arrived very well packaged. It is solid, looks lovely and has made a welcome addition to our home. My only niggle was that we had to chase for updates on our anticipated delivery from placing the order. Information was not forthcoming from Roseland in advance which was disappointing. We would, however, buy from them again due to the excellent quality of the furniture.”

“Absolutely delighted with our mini hall cupboard. It has plenty of room inside whilst taking very little room up in a small hallway. It’s beautifully made and looks lovely with a vase of flowers on top.”

“I purchased a nest of 3 tables which arrived damaged. Also they look cheap.not like solid wood but the damage is more like a vaneer. After a long wait and emails I arranged a return and refund option. However it was some time before I was informed of the 'pick up of the tables and despite the initial delivery being to my present address the pick up was arranged from my previous address( I have dealt with this company before but now moved) Needless to say I had to cancel the pick up to save dpd a wasted trip. Phone calls are hopeless jist mow to the company as supposedly updating the system and emails take ages to be answered. I am still.waiting for the tables to be picked up.and a subsequent refund. I won't be dealing with this firm.again.”

“Having ordered a Farrow grey tallboy for my son, who already has the Farrow grey chest of drawers and wardrobe, I liked it so much I ordered one for myself. It matches a sideboard I already have and is useful for storage in the dining room. The furniture is sturdy, well made and attractive.”

“The two breakfast chairs are perfect they match our new cashmere units in the kitchen. I like them as they are well made but light to move. We were going for chrome stools a lot cheaper. But we made a great choice with these chairs. Just waiting for new flooring”

“The quality of the finish was poor. Outside looking good, but on the interior rough ends of wood. Staples protruding through and scratching the drawers. I have managed to file the sharp edges down. I couldn't face the hassle of sending the items back. Settled for a small refund, which was my choice. The company had offered to have the furniture back.”

“product arrived damaged and I have had little success contacting anyone re collection and refund. Did eventually get an email for collection but no one arrived so still stuck with faulty product. Delivery tracking showing as ‘nothing to collect’ now requesting full refund ASAP as three weeks have now passed and not managed to speak to anyone!”

“Ordered a TV stand and bookcase. The TV stand is very sturdy and well made, very well-packaged and efficient delivery. However the bookcase was damaged so the delivery driver did not deliver it. No customer service communication from Roseland for over a week on whether another would be arranged or a refund. Finally received a response but they were out of stock for 2-3 weeks. Since we had arranged everything for immediate install, we had to accept the refund. No fuss on that score from them. Shame really, would have been nice to have a matching set.”
