“The furniture is great but the courier service that is used has really let them down, my first order arrived a day it was expected and my second order arrived completely unannounced at 9.30am on a Sunday morning. This would put me off ordering again”

“I recently purchased the 5-drawer chest of drawers, and the 3-drawer bedside cabinet. They look great, and the quality is also great. The delivery was split, but the courier company's tracking system showed that my order had been delivered. Roseland were quick to respond to my query, and the second item of my order was delivered a couple of days later.”

“This is a second piece of furniture from Roseland Furniture. Absolutely delighted with the first side table ,so ordered a second one straight. A lovely piece of furniture that looks so elegant in the lounge. Packed well and perfect when it arrived Thank you my lounge is complete now.”

“The sideboard looks so nice until you try to open the doors ,everything’s falls off the top as unit is so light. Not as well made as expected. I will need to secure to the wall so it does not fall over as my grandson will pull this over. Disappointed ☹️ Also the size says large it’s rather small so make sure you measure the size. Not great for the Money. My son bought us the T.V unit to match looks great but again very light best part are the tops which are real oak wood.”

“Delivery arrived after 6 weeks although website stated 5 - 10 working days (during COVID so understand but more updates would have been helpful) Was concerned about the condition of the furniture as packaging was damp and very damaged but thankfully all fine apart from one very small chip at the bottom. Overall nice quality furniture for a reasonable price.”

“Furniture it’s self was lovely but arrived damaged the packaging was damaged and the side of the unit was badly scratched. we are still waiting for a response- I have sent pictures but not heard anything apart from a generic response.”
