“I am delighted with the bookcase I recently purchased. The delivery took only one week. The only criticism is the wood inside the top and bottom shelves. It stops you putting books in that space. However, it is very well made and goes with my colour scheme. Also it is local, made in Cornwall. Well done. Margaret Warren, Redruth”

“The product was not as expected but was good quality for the money. I had to return the item. I had to deal with the query over email and although it took a while for responses. But overall no issues and they were happy to refund minus delivery cost.”

“I am very pleased with the furniture. It is good quality. The piece that had to be assembled had easy to follow instructions and took about 10 minutes to complete. I am not so happy about the courier chosen to deliver the items as I had no information about delivery until 10 minutes before it was due to arrive! I was on grandchild minding duties 20 minutes away. Luckily I have very good neighbours who took it in for me.”

“Our order arrived slightly damaged with some scratches to the top of our unit and scratched paint inside however Roseland were fantastic when we contacted them and we are happy with how it was resolved.”

“1st time using Roseland reading their description on how everthing is hand made and bespoke was disappointing to see a label made in Japan. Delivery was pretty quick but was left in a neighbours garden while I was out at work. No email confirmation of time of delivery till 2 hrs after it had been delivered. Packaging was excellent very protected. Furniture is well made not high end. There was some draw knobs missing i just went and bought 2. All in all Happy with my Furniture. Would I buy again probably not unfortunately.”

“Quality of furniture 5 stars, delivery perfect, unfortunately let down by false promise on delivery date, I don't mind waiting 8 weeks but on the web site states 8 too 10 days and was in stock. Lol”

“The furniture was attractive but badly damaged so I arranged a return - got a message to say it would be picked within 8 days and asked to put a home made label on the box - not a problem . The day after a man arrived to pick the furniture up and I asked him to wait whilst I wrote and stuck the label on - he said he hadn’t got time and not necessary / I insisted I wanted to follow Roseland instructions and he refused to wait - the damaged furniture is still here. This morning I’ve had an email from XDS saying they are retrieving a parcel from me - I’m assuming it’s the furniture but the message has no mention of Roseland ! I will ask for more information obviously when XDS arrive - XDS were picking up for Roseland - can I suggest this is clear by in future . I am looking forward to having my new perfectly conditioned TV unit delivered !”
