“The Chichester large sideboard in stiffkey blue is lovely and I am delighted with it. It is well made and solid ,excellent quality and looks great in my living room. I now want the matching lamp tables! There is a mark however which at first I thought was grease and would wipe clean but it hasn't so that is a little disappointing. Also the delivery chaps simply brought it fully packaged and left in the middle of my room. As a single mum with a terminal illness I would have liked them to have unpackaged and taken the boxing with them and moved it to where I wanted it.”

“We bought our initial side table sometime ago. I wanted to use it as a bedside table and therefore needed another. No problem, the quality is just as good and they match.”

“I bought two pieces of furniture from roseland. The quality is ok but you get what you pay for! Unfortunately one of them looks really bad down one side. I have emailed twice to get it replaced and haven’t had a reply in over a week. It just makes me wish I’d gone through Amazon as they always come back to me if there’s a problem! If anyone reads this from roseland perhaps you could do the courtesy of replying as you don’t have a phone number I can call! I am really starting to regret buying from this company!”

“I love my table. Took me months of looking at many, many tables on-line and definitely made a great choice (finally!). Only issue was with the delivery company. Not Roseland Furniture’s fault.”

“Our 2 small sideboards arrived on time and we are very pleased with them. They fit the designated corner perfectly and look good. The drawers are a decent depth. Very happy with the furniture and the service. There was a fortnight's delay between delivery of the 2 items but not Roseland's fault and everything otherwise very good”

“The quality of the Oak furniture was very good, however the customer service is dreadful. We have purchased 4 items from them, three delivered as scheduled, however the latest order was a shambles. Wrong product delivered, in ordinate delays in receiving a response from Roseland due to the fact their Phone lines were down and you were only able to send emails; allowing up to 4 days (if you are lucky!) for a response. We are 70 and had to man handle, repackage and store the wrong item. Meantime a replacement arrived, but not before it had been sent to the entirely wrong address where we used to live (billing address only) which beggars belief because all other items have been delivered to the correct address. We now have a replacement, but the very large and heavy item remains in our garage and has not been uplifted. A very poor customer services. Even with the quality of the products, I would have to think long and hard about ordering from them again.”

“I cant review my purchase . It still hasn't arrived ! 6weeks later . When I purchased it, it was in stock and to be delivered within 5 -10 days . I have complained but still you send me a email to review . What am I reviewing ! Your badly organised delivery or dispatch . Not impressed”
