“I ordered three items of furniture for our lounge. I was dubious as I hadn’t heard of Roseland furniture and there weren’t any reviews on the items we wanted. I needn’t have worried the furniture we purchased came well packaged and they are all beautiful! I am so happy with them and they are very good quality! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again.”

“Unfortunately the first cabinet arrived damaged despite the thorough packaging. Roseland collected the cabinet and offered a discount to keep it, full refund or replacement. You can’t say fairer than that. I opted for a replacement which arrived promptly. Love the product and very impressed by the customer service.”

“I recently purchased a Falmouth Oak bookcase. It was delivered very promptly, packaged for total protection and the quality of the poiece is excellent. It is a little daunting to make this kind of purchase on line but I shall not hesitate to buy from Roseland again should the opportunity arise.”

“Our order was processed quickly. The item was well packaged, though one handle was missing. Though the order arrived relatively quickly, I was also particularly disappointed in the delivery partner they chose. We were not informed the furniture would arrive until that same day (less than 2 hours before delivery - I wasn’t even at home). We had to put it in the garage as we had not yet created the space in the bedroom. The driver was annoyed that the furniture was heavy, despite the fact it says on the box it should be moved by 2 people. Yes, there is a pandemic, so things are different. If we had had more notice of delivery it could’ve been easier for everyone involved.”
