“Furniture itself ok but ordered on 5/1 2021 only one item came out of three we then got another item on Thursday 4th still waiting for the third item.”

“We ordered a bookcase. The website does not ask for a county in your address. Therefore nobody seemed to understand our address was on the Isle of Wight as the postcode starts PO - Portsmouth. At the second delivery attempt after a return by the first courier and with different couriers the item arrived almost one month after ordering:- The item was comprehensively packaged but nevertheless there was a large split in the back of the bookcase which was to go against a wall. Fortunately the damage did not show on the front of the case in any way, so, no return to be attempted but I guess the last time we will use this firm and trust to their courier delivery”

“Spend over £700 with Roseland since January. Received bedside tables which had been on back order. Two weeks later still waiting on missing handle for one of the tables. Told by customer services I had to wait 10 days and it would only be sent 2nd class post. This really should be rectified as quickly as possible, regardless of the cost, which surely on an item as a little as a handle will only be a few pounds on royal mail 1st class. I won't be using Roseland again unfortunately and will not recommend them.”

“I bought a small sideboard for my lounge and am delighted with it! Matches my other furniture really well. Extremely well made!! A sturdy little sideboard - have no hesitation in recommending Roseland Furniture”

“Very nice chest of drawers, well-made, elegant and compact. Well protected for transport. Two-man delivery to place of choice though the service does not include removing the wrappings. I am happy with it.”

“The tv cabinet I bought from Roseland furniture was literally built like a rabbit hutch, in fact I’ve had better made hutches! How you can describe this as solid oak I don’t know! Very disappointed and won’t be using this company ever again!”

“Waited nearly five months to arrive but when it did, absolutely thrilled with our furniture, well worth the money. Packed really well. Chose your company because it was based in Cornwall and assumed the furniture was made there only to find out that the furniture was made abroad, for this reason we will not be purchasing any more items. Our aim is to buy as much British made products as possible .”

“Very pleased with my new sideboard, well made and looks good, the only problem l had was not being able to telephone as they were being upgraded. But all good, delivery also good.”

“Purchased a dressing table and 2 bedside tables. They kept me informed of progress of order and delivery date. On arrival one of the bedside table was faulty customer service organised replacement which arrived next day. Happy with my purchase. Very good customer service.”
