“Ordered a Surrey Oak lamp table which was out of stock. Registered for “advise me when it’s back in stock” and got an email a few days later to say it’s in stock. Ordered item which arrived but DPD didn’t send message to advise of it’s imminent arrival. Found the box by back door in a really battered state. DPD didn’t even send a message to say they had delivered it! Apprehensively opened the box and unwrapped it to find numerous defects. We think the item was an unchecked return as there were removed labels on the box. To be fair once reported to Roseland they were quick to rectify with a quick collection of the faulty item and then a new item arrived a couple of days after. New item was okay thankfully but a little more diligence at the warehouse would have prevented this event. Would’ve got 5 stars.”

“I ordered a bookcase from Roseland Furniture and it was delivered quickly and communication was excellent. I had to contact Customer services and they sorted the problem really promptly, I’d definitely recommend them.”

“This item of furniture was of very poor quality, however Roseland dealt with the issue promptly and arranged return and refund. The mark reflects the furniture and not the company’s customer service. This is a 5”

“Lovely furniture, good price and very speedy delivery. Only criticism is that the handles for the drawers were not packaged securely. I thought two were missing but eventually found them at the bottom of the box amongst all the packaging. Could have easily thrown them away by mistake.”
