“They sent me the wrong size mattress I wanted small double, label said small double but mattress was a double. On trying to return the mattress they wanted photos of mattress label inside and outside wrapper when I did this they then requested proof of photo with tape measure showing size of mattress. When I explained that I had re wrapped the mattress so could not send this photo they said they would be taking £40 off my refund when the area was there end as I’m sending me an incorrect item. Not sure if you have ever tried re wrapping a mattress but it is not easy defo not happy to do this twice. The error clearly is from them sending a wrong size labelled mattress so why am I being charged £40 to be collected. Will not recommend this company or ever buy again. 2 weeks later I am still waiting a collection date and a refund minus £40 is a joke company. Stay clear customer service is disgusting”

Hello Nicola, Thank you for taking the time to review us. We have looked into this and unfortunately, there was no evidence provided to suggest you were sent the wrong item. As per the terms and conditions on our website, there is a returns fee for returning any opened mattresses and we are very sorry if this was missed at the point of ordering. We can also see that the courier has been in touch regarding the collection and that this was declined by yourself. We have now contacted them again to rebook this as soon as possible for you. “Cabinet not alighned a dowel was showing and wood very rough. It is a good looking cabinet and nice colour but not put together properly. Have been happy with roseland in the past.”

“Unfortunately one of the stools ordered was damaged but I was very impressed with service from Roseland and the arrangements made to collect both stools. I would definitely use this company again and despite the slight fault the stools were of good quality and value for money.”

“I ordered a chest of drawers and a tallboy in the same range. I think the quality is pretty good, though a few things like the inside of the legs and the backing boards seem to have escaped quality control. Both pieces were delivered fully assembled. The drawers run smoothly, though the tallboy drawers are noticeably narrower than the frame they fit into, leaving small gaps either side. The wood is not heavy and this allows for quite deep drawers and quite a good amount of storage space for the overall size of each unit. The overall appearance is good and the colour of the wood is attractive and consistent. The tallboy was on a pre-order that was due to take up to eight weeks to deliver but it came sooner than that, and communication with Roseland was always very good whether on the phone or by email.”

“I ordered a sideboard two weeks ago. It was dispatched impressively quickly (same day), but has still not arrived. I contacted Roseland to ask about this and 4 working days later I am still waiting for a reply.”

“We have bought a few units from these before with no issues But not impressed with the last unit considering the price we paid The unit itself is lovely but we didn't expect three screws in the packaging that fell out ..I have tried to put them back but the screws are very loose and will not bite into the wood.so I'm guessing they fell out during transit. All in all not a problem but poor workmanship. I did report but they wanted photos and a photo of the QC sticker To be honest I couldn't be bothered as there was no damage to the unit”

“My order arrived in perfect order and in good time - a lovely oak mini bookcase. Roseland Furniture were very kind, in fact they sent me TWO. Fortunately I'm an honest person and arranged to have the extra mini oak bookcase returned. I would deal with Roseland again!”
