“This is definitely a bed rather than a sofa. Quite uncomfortable for sitting and watching TV. We will need to get a sofa now as we had hoped that we could combine both. Delivery was by a company that gave us very little notice of progress with a delivery date. Showed up after giving 30min. notice and caught us just as we were leaving the house.”

“I am so so pleased with my furniture it is very well made. I received excellent customer service when I need to change my delivery date. However the delivery company still turned up to deliver on the original day - it was just fortunate that my neighbour had popped back home to her house to collect something and was able to take delivery.”
