“Brilliant. I used them before so recommended them to my parents. They’re thrilled with the bedside tables. Roseland is very easy to deal with. Everything happens as and when they say it will.”

“We purchased a nest of tables from Roseland, these arrived and although being perfect in every other way they had some slight marking on the table top. Roseland quickly and efficiently arranged for collection and replacement. Unfortunately the 2nd set of tables was similarly marked. A return and full refund was quickly arranged. I would have no hesitation in buying from Roseland again as the most important aspect of company service is how it deals with issues such as this. Roseland were let down by their supplier but handled the issue admirably.”

“About the 5th item we've bought. Very pleased. Reasonable quality considering price and looks nice. Knocked a star off as was delivered to the neighbours with nothing telling us where it was. Messaged Roselands who found it had been delivered to neighbours but by that time neighbours had popped in. So good quick check by Roselands but delivery company needs to be told to leave a card or mention in tracking / text.”

“Item just dumped by courier, no contact whatsoever. Furniture is shoddy. Trying to return for refund proving difficult. It seems you have no control over courier even though presumably they are your representative. Would not purchase from you again or recommend you to others. Very sorry state of affairs.”

“Table is 12 days late. Every excuse from the delivery company, from trying to deliver to the wrong address, to breaking down on the way to delivery. About to cancel my purchase if it doesn’t arrive by Tuesday”

“Disappointed that my items arrived damaged, they were not well protected inside a cardboard box which was severely damaged on arrival. Have raised the issue with Roseland and hoping it can be resolved satisfactorily as per company consumer rights.”

“No problem with Roseland themselves. The item purchased was in sale and I saved a lot of money on this purchase. Would give 5 stars but their delivery partners let them down, as had to wait an extra week for delivery.”
