You get what you pay for. Compared with other suppliers Roseland prices are low, but the quality seems to suffer as a result. For example, with the Surrey oak drawers, the side panels, drawer bottoms, back panels etc are very thin compared to more expensive alternatives. We are keeping the chest of drawers but will only store fairly light items in them.

Ordered blanket box - delivery was great however product was not. There were chips on paintwork and it had grubby marks on it. The paintwork was poor only looked like 1 coat was applied and at £170 was not worth the money. When I attempted to return it eta was between 2-4 - no one turned up - waited until 7pm still no one showed with no explanation. They arrived on the Monday (when I was at work). I had received no communication to advise me of this. They advised by text they were collecting today, but by the time I had got the text I was at work. So havd had to take time off work to wait in again. Would not order from this company again as the courier service is shocking. There is no way to rearrange collections or to get in touch with them. They didn’t turn up again so am now back at home waiting again!

Furniture is fine, but getting it delivered was atrocious. Website said 2 to 3 days , turns out 4 to 6 weeks. Had to keep ringing to find out what was happening Gave a time it couldn't be delivered as we were away. Guess when they tried to deliver! XDP were even worse, you cannot contact them at all. They then turned up without letting me know, I just happened to be at home. Neat day chap tried to deliver again but he couldn't find item on his van. He was panicking as he didn't have it. Told that's because it arrived unannounced day before. Will not be buying from Roseland again as cannot trust you will get item.

The item at the time of order placement had a long lead time, the items arrived to be distributed earlier than expected. We apologise if this was missed at the point of order. Very poor service - order 2 items of furniture which was advertised as 1-3 days delivery - was duly notified by courier after a couple of days that they had received th consignment ... and then nothing. Emailed Roseland who apparently could do little to help except email the courier company on my behalf-they would not/could not phone them. Eventually after 5 days with nothing they finally agreed to a full refund - pleased to get refund but not impressed with service overall.

Hello, We are sorry that you were let down by the carrier, unfortunately, they had misrouted the item o the wrong delivery depot. This caused a temporary delay. The delivery is as stated in 1-3 working days, the items would have been delivered within the time stated if this error had not occurred. Ordered two items online for delivery by courier, one was perfect the other was unfortunately damaged. This is when your heart sinks and you wonder why you ordered furniture online! However, I couldn't fault their customer service. Absolutely brilliant! After emailing pictures of the problem, they quickly arranged collection and a replacement to be delivered. I think the level of customer service determines how good a company is and that's why I have given them a 5* rating. I would definitely use them again.

delivered as per timescales given. east to assemble. enjoyed eating the first bbq,using the new furniture.wasn't sure whether the round glass table-top,should be dull or shinny side up,as it did not mention this in the instructions.

Bought a single steamer chair for my husband who had broken his leg. Arrived very quickly, good quality and super easy to assemble. The cushion is quite thin but a great colour and I found it very comfortable. Loved the chair so much I ordered a second one for me. They look very stylish out on our decking.

I bought a dressing table mirror and chair, they both arrived earlier than I expected which was a bonus. The chair was so easy to put together and is very good quality, the mirror has a few dimple marks on the sides, which I’m not happy with but for the price I cannot really complain, so all in all I’m happy with my purchases, and will definitely buy from again.

Five stars yet I returned one bedside cabinet !! The reason that I have given the company a 5-star rating is because of the efficient way that they dealt with a replacement which arrived within a couple of days And because we live near the depot we returned the defective cabinet and whilst at their warehouse bought another smaller cabinet So all round a result Thank you

No photo, it is as appears in the business pics. It is neat, comfortable though a bit low if you have difficulty getting out of chairs. looks good. It could be a little sturdier. It has good adjustment to back position through the arms and the leg/foot extension comes as a separate part so it can be used without. the cushion is ok. would I buy it again? I'm going to.

I placed my order and got an email saying delivery within 4 to 6 weeks, they took the full payment when I placed my order, after 6 weeks of hearing nothing from roseland and their website now saying delivery within 1 to 3 working days I emailed them to see where my order was, within half an hour I got an email saying my order had been dispatched, but have not had a reply to my email explaining where my order was. My item was then delivered within a couple of days. Still not had a reply to my email, poor customer service, when my item did arrive some assembly was needed and a poor finish in places and poor quality materials

Hello, Some of our items were taking this time to get to us in Truro ready for delivery. I can see you have had 2 items from us both with a long lead time. Had to contact customer support services to ask when my delivery would be. They were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, had to return my product which was smaller internally than described. (Ottoman). Bought on line but returned to the local shop which saved on return fee of £20.00.
