“Love our Farrow Grey furniture originally purchased in 2018. Have since added a coffee table and another tall bookcase now we have moved to our new home in Lincolnshire. Excellent service and quick delivery by a 2 man team. The photo is our original Roseland furniture in our old home in Suffolk, looking rather lovely I think!”

“A really lovely lounger and Roseland was easy to deal with, the goods very much as expected. Communicaion around delivery could have been a bit more prompt, but the delivery firm was straight to the point and no issues.”

“Ordering was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the carrier was not as efficient. They advised by email they would contact within 48 hours a delivery date but they never did which was disappointing.”

“Lovely sideboard, good quality. Lost a star as it was not delivered by the date originally quoted at checkout. Only two days over, but meant I had to be home on a day that was not planned. Other than that, very happy with my purchase.”

“Arrived on time in 4 pieces,easy to put together, looks great ,using as a small lamp table ,love the finish on it will definitely order from Roseland again .prices are competitive. There was a little bit of damage but at the back ,and was addressed by Rosamd”

“Very pleased with the finish and design of the furniture. As stated by other customers, good that it comes fully assembled. There was a hiccup with the delivery but it was very quickly and efficiently sorted out by Tasha at Roseland. Would not hesitate to use this firm again.”

“Absolutely awful. 4 weeks from ordering a bed stated 3-5 days delivery time window, we still only have half a bed (one box arrived the other got lost). This was actually the third time the bed got sent out as one of them got damaged and the other who knows, The customer service team do not help at all especially Becky who seems to turn it all around on the customer and make it suddenly my fault for not reporting it sooner when I’ve been calling & emailing daily for the past 4 weeks. I would never use this company again and advise you to stay well clear. We haven’t even got our full product yet so no idea on the quality of the furniture yet but we’re not hopeful”
