We ordered two tall boys and when they arrived one had a leg broken off.....customer care team were most helpful and prompt via email and even called me! My replacement was delivered 3 days later and the broken one pickup! Excellent service and lovely furniture, will definitely order from them in future!

The furniture we ordered is really great quality, really happy with it. The courier service we received was not so good. The delivery information was inconsistent and the delivery was left outside without our knowledge.

I'm really pleased with the waxed oak drawers and dressing table I bought from Roseland - good quality and look lovely in my bedroom. I was somewhat disappointed with delivery arrangements, which is why this isn't a 5 star review. When I ordered the website said "Order today for delivery by 31 May", so I did. The items eventually arrived on 6 June, after me phoning and enquiring twice. Communication was patchy and the only time I heard from the delivery company was the morning of delivery. If there were problems it would have been nice to be advised. Last time I ordered from Roseland my item came very quickly, so I think I was unlucky this time. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Ordered the Roseland TV Cabinet which we are very pleased with and cannot fault the quality but problems with the delivery weren’t very good. Said it was being delivered one day and never arrived, the next day again never arrived. The day we said we were at a family wedding and was out until late evening and couldn’t have it delivered it was delivered. When we got home and we noticed it was left outside our property for about eight hours and we had to get it into our house ourselves. Having said all that we will be ordering more furniture in a couple of weeks. Delivery and communication needs to greatly improve.

Unfortunately the courier failed to deliver on the advised day, waited in all day and just did not turn up even though the tracker said it was on the way, no communication or apology from courier!! Roseland did apologise on their behalf. The rearranged delivery arrived as planned, the packaging was phenomenal and protected the bookcase very well as it was in perfect condition when unpacked, the bookcase is lovely, good quality, well made and looks great.

Telephone table and bookcase arrived very quickly and well wrapped up, plenty of padding. Very pleased with the items and good value for money.

Very happy with all 3 items I ordered from the White Padstow Range of furniture. Wardrobe came within a couple of weeks but the 2 chest of drawers took 3 Months to be delivered as they were out of stock at the time I placed the original order. I would use Roseland Furniture again.

Quality of furniture I am really pleased with, certainly value for money. Disappointed with delivery though, website says 1-2 days but courier takes up to 5 days, lost 2 days work/wages - no offer of compensation for their lack of communication with courier to provide correct timings. Staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and polite.

Lovely sturdy furniture arrived as advertised , very well packaged and protected for travel. Lovely that most of what could be was already made up but other parts easy to assemble. Would have got 5 stars but I had sent message requesting if another item could be added to delivery and got an email saying I would receive response in approx 48 hours but I never did.

The product (TV Stand) was excellent value for money and nicely made. Unfortunately it arrived damaged which was not surprising as the delivery driver left it propped up on its end leaning against the front door, fortunately I managed to catch it when I opened the front door! The partial refund was acceptable as our new TV was arriving the same day. The staff dealing with this issue on the telephone could not have been better.
