“Good communication and no issues with Roseland Furniture. Only fault would be with the delivery company. Delivered well after ETA, didn't speak and simply pointed at a clipboard to sign, didn't deliver to the door as the website states, my partner had to take the furniture off the van.”

“For the price, it's of a decent quality and is a good option to Ikea if you're willing to spend a bit more for something more unique. Fast delivery, although outsourced delivery company doesn't contact you if they fail to deliver something and it's quite difficult to get through - but got there in the end without much delay. Furniture needs a good clean before use”

“Delivery was quick. One of the side table was faulty and customer service was excellent to sort the problem out. Re-delivery and collection was made within 2 days. I would definitely buy again from them”

“The chest of drawers arrived very well wrapped on the day promised.We are very pleased with our purchase,it is solid & nicely finished.The customer service contacts available also give some confidence in case of problems. I would be very happy to use Roseland again & to recommend to others.”

“Fast delivery and courteous courier. Unfortunately the inside of the back panel had a couple of cracks in, but they promptly offered a pick up/replacement or partial refund of £20 to address this”

“Not up there with Oak Furnitureland, etc. but a VFM Product. Delivery speedy although could do with better comms from courier - it was fortunate I was in. Looks ok and for price hard to grumble. Time will tell how robust it is in use.”

“I placed my order on Sunday and my furniture arrived on Wednesday so happy with delivery. The furniture was well packaged and when opened I was delighted with the quality. Good sturdy furniture which in my opinion is excellent value for money.”

“This is my third purchase, and always very pleased with the product, its packaging etc. however the delivery was faulty. Was advised via the tracking service it would be delivered one evening, times given, no arrival. Arrived next morning, just as I was leaving the house.”

“Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Furniture looks good on the outside, though the drawers and runners not very good quality on the inside. Overall - very good value, so not much to complain about.”
