The postman delivered my post and he broke my letter box its going to be hard to replace it

Failure, lies, incompetence, lack of communication , service and respect. Tracked parcel wasn't delivered. Called after 10 days to hear it was withheld due to insufficient postage. Then was told I had to wait for a 'green card' to be delivered with additional costs. Filed a written complaint, then received word the (tracked) package was lost. Utter incompetence!

Mail is in a mess late deliveries and lost parcels never ever know it in the poor state it is now.

Don't even want to give this I am a adult with ADHD my birthday was the 11th of Feb I was awaiting a birthday present I was garunteed delivery on the 10th of February it is now the 13th still no present my friend also posted my card last Saturday today is the 13th of February still no card so I was upset on my birthday we have had no mail for over a week now shocking hire more posties I accidentally pressed wrong options I do not have my card or present where is our your service was good at one point 😭this was me on my birthday.

Why do you lie, about trying to collect my item. 2 posties were on my road in the morning and none of them even came to my house. I left my item in the porch. Is it really that hard to open a door and pick up an item? Or do you need to go on another strike and ask for more money?! I bet tomorrow they'll do the same again! I am not holding my breath. Let's see what happens! Idiots working for an idiot company!

Does anybody from Royal Mail even read these reviews??? Possibility of only receiving mail every 3 days. I am still waiting for important papers sent nearly a week ago that still haven't arrived. I simply do not trust them anymore to be reliable.

This company just gets worse and worse. No matter how many times you complain the issues just keep on happening. All the good people are leaving Royal Mail because they have had enough and more and more people who can’t speak English who don’t care about customer service are making Royal Mail a shocking company. I just wish someone like DPD or UPS would take over Royal Mail and fix it. It is 100% broken and have no good words to say about them. Lied about making delivery Post going to someone else Parcels thrown at my door then walked off Left a card didn’t knock door walked away with parcel threw it in the van I chased the postman and he denied he tried to deliver it even though I had a card. Then he said it was a different postman. Disgrace. Vans speeding at high speed and a housing estate driving in the wrong side of the road.

Failed to deliver, lied about attempting delivery, saying that no one was at home. In more than one ocassion. One of the worst services I've encountered.

I have the postman on cctv ripping open my mail and stealing parcels for years.They are aware I have visual impairments and refuse to provide accessibility support or respond to complaints written with the support of my church

Failed to deliver my tracked parcel and declined my compensation request. When asked them for guidance on what evidence was needed going forwards (as I don’t trust them to deliver parcels successfully in the future) they continually sent me non replies stating they would not change their decision. I’m not asking them to change the decision, just provide guidance! Not using them going forwards so another customer loss. No wonder they are losing money ! Don’t trust them with your parcels!

Used the Signed For service, which is next day delivery. It's the 7th day and the item still hasn't been delivered.

Havent got a good word to say about them. How they have the audacity to call themselves 'Royal' mail, beggars believe!! Not to mention how they justify the price increases. Their tracking system never says anything but 'awaiting parcel'. Not only that but I would like to know how something that comes from 6,000 miles away and gets to the UK in record time then takes over a week to get to Yorkshire from London.

I posted a parcel on Dec 27 and it has simply disappeared. I don’t know the procedure when this happens so I phoned customer service and spent half an hour listening to the recorded message saying I should be respectful and polite etc. Shame their customer service agent didn’t take note. He seemed combative and aggressive from the outset and after a while, with him suggesting I was an idiot for not knowing the procedure, I asked if he could speak to me more politely. Big mistake. At the end of the call I asked how I could get the call reviewed he said I was trying to get him sacked. I don’t want to get anyone fired but I don’t want to be spoken to rudely when I was simply and politely asking for help. Royal Mail has become a disaster from top to bottom. It’s expensive, inefficient and I would not ever want to contact customer service again.

garbage, didnt bother to try to deliver on the first day, failed delivery on second day on the third day says my address is inacessable? its not inacsesable! my normal postman has had no issue delivering here for the last 10 years that iv lived here without issue

Sent a parcel in track 48 on 2 Jan, got an email on 4 Jan saying that the parcel was in the local office and will be delivered shortly. Today is 10 Jan still no email, no update. The only way of contact is the AI chat which went round and round giving me the same information. I have spent so much time to look for a phone number or email, unfortunately there is none. And it is the most frustration part of the whole experience. That meant no one will look into it and I have to wait for another 2 days before I can make a claim!
