“parcel tracking have had items from Ebay with royal mail tracking what a joke told tracking is not available until they have tried to deliver parcel also get parcel delayed
this is all after the parcel has been delivered come on Royal Mail sort your act out as at the moment Kermit and his friends the muppets could do a better job.”

The last straw was taking someone post not one but two streets away this could have been important mailto this person. “Items lost at Plymouth mail centre.
I have had at least two item lost lately after arriving at Mail centre on route to West Park sorting office. Contacted Royal mail and told to contact seller. Very poor customer service and assistance.
After paying for postage service and knowing that item had
been dispatched from seller - this is Royal mail's responsibility.
They are not meeting their obligation. Disgusted in the service provided.”
“Sent two letters by tracked delivery - when checking to see if they had been delivered all I got was the message to say you have it, and the next message I would receive would be when an attempted delivery was made. No messages were received, I had to make numerous phone calls to check that the letters had been delivered, which they had - albeit not within the time scale I was expecting and had paid £6.50 for.. “Royal Mail are the worst. You pay for 24 next day and 48 hr delivery tracked and it NEVER arrives on time. I have lost count of the number of times this has happened.
My last parcel was out for delivery between 1 & 2pm. It never arrived. According to the tracking the parcel was returned to the depot at 4.40pm even they are supposed to deliver up to 7pm. No excuse was given. I would give them less that one star if I could. We are paying for services they don't provide.”

Pay for 24 hrs tracked and in that 24 hrs it's got no further than the local sorting office.
Go online and it tells you it's their aim and not a guarantee!!

Maybe you should pay after item delivered as they are simply conning thousands daily out of money, people pay premium should get premium. Best just to stick to second class seems no different to more expensive options.”

My Post is always late, have to tell relatives to send cards weeks in advance as they never arrive in time for birthdays!
When I order something online using next day delivery and they send through Royal Mail I know that I’m royally f**ked! But no refunds given for receiving it a week later! Absolute joke.
I can honestly say that I’ve never received a parcel on time when sent via Royal Mail. My dad was sent a Christmas present in December, received in February(contents smashed) no joke!!!”

Whenever I order something from Amazon or other online retailers, a wave of dread comes over me when I see the delivery service is Royal Mail. I have been waiting for a tracked 48hr parcel to arrive for the past 9 days and they are clueless to what’s happened to it or where it actually is, I mean, isn’t that the whole point of having it sent tracked so it can actually be found?
