Day 9 for a small letter package posted in London. Your tracking information only says it will be updated when it's been delivered. This service is really quite appalling.

Royal Mail, Portishead, sent me an email stating that my tracked item had been delivered. Well, it may well have been - but not to me. I am now reliant on the good will and honesty of whichever household the package was actually delivered to (no idea where), to bring it round to me - but I'm not going to hold my breath. I have most likely lost an expensive pair of earrings - gee, thanks Royal Mail.

My last and only Customer Service experience was met with the least helpful, most condescending person I have ever met. Really has put me off using them.

Total lack of being able to deliver parcels to the recipient's It's a a massive scandal that needs to be addressed Fraud at its worst Massive amounts of parcels not being delivered to recipient's Whose behind this fraudulent activity?? Unbelievable, posted a card and paid £12.00 for next day guaranteed Saturday delivery and it didn't arrive. Will be ringing tomorrow for my money back. Thanks Royal Mail for wasting £12.00 of my money and making my card late!

Regular post guys are amazing but the parcel delivery people are beyond a joke. Literally 80% of parcels are not delivered with unbelievably ridiculous excuse - “inaccessible”! Post guys manage perfectly well. I have zero faith in Royal Mail parcel service and looking forward to them being bought out or abandoned.

Posted a letter (second class signed for )7 days ago and still no update as to if it has been delivered. It says 1-3 days on their tracking website. It is just a letter not heavy not a complicated address why does it take this long. £3.25 for the privilege. I was advised at the post office that sending 1st class would not be any better just costs more! I can remember when post was delivered the following day no chance of that now.

There's no difference between 24/48 or even special 'guaranteed' deliveries. Since the beginning of 2020, this service has deteriorated into a joke! I actually remember being impressed with their level of service, now I'm constantly checking and hoping 1st class would arrive within a week. 24 hour aim my ass. They all get lumped into the same piles now and when they delivered when they are delivered without a single f given.

Royal Mail has become a sinister joke. From delivering DAMAGED parcels to being LATE or NOT delivering the parcels AT ALL, although they claim they did, the panoply of bad services is complete. And raising disputes with them is a complete waste of time, they are not helpful at all.

THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY F ING USELESS THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY F ING USELESS. FAILED FRIDAY, FAILED SATURDAY, REARRANGED TO MY LOCAL POST FOR MONDAY ON SATURDAY AND STILL I'M WAITING. DRIVERS NEED TO START TRYING TO DELIVER TO THE NEIGHBOUR INSTEAD OF KNOCKING QUIETLY, PULLING OUT A SORRY WE MISSED YOU CARD, FILLING THAT IN AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE THEN DARTING OFF. HONESTLY, ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I'M COMPLETELY FED UP OF THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Royal Fail consistently fails to redeliver mail as promised. Furthermore, I was relentlessly stalked by a Royal Fail employee who would film me on his phone and loiter outside my house outside working hours. As an elderly vulnerable woman who is terminally ill, this was utterly terrifying. Made repeated complaints to no avail. Reported him to the police twice to no avail. Eventually, out of desperation, and fearing for my personal safety, I cast a banishing spell on him and he disappeared within 10 days. Thank you baby Jesus.

Disgraceful after the Horizon scandal, when we had 19/21p stamps - now massively inflated with a service that gets later and later. I get that 2 deliveries daily might be gone, but one at 3–4pm with delays is not acceptable. First Class should mean not First Class with that “Sorry something went wrong” apology. What about the people who depend on delivery because of disability! That is why we use First Class. There is no reason your postie cannot deliver before you go to work, what? Are they lazy, cannot carry the increasingly light bags. The boxes will soon be on eBay so hipsters can have them in their garden as other delivery companies take over. They have a royal mandate to deliver, broken for me every time I order online! Dispatched, collected and at tracking centres! We don’t stay in all day you know? No consistency. Find another job if you work in this sector, Royal Mail/Post Orifice/Parecefarce - it’s all over

Dire. I'm trying to run a business and none of my orders from suppliers have arrived over the past week. The postman blames management. Which is all very well but doesn't help me. My customers are also getting anxious and we all now think this service is a waste of time. Being charged for next day delivery plus insurance is an outrage as this service is not met.
