Amazon order package delivery due yesterday before 8pm. I waited in but it never arrived. Same on previous occasion. Tried to track it on App but it just states no updates until we try to deliver. This isn’t tracking, look at Hermes App to see what is possible. Very poor service :-(

Horrible service Horrible service! Avoid for international shipments!!! I have been sending International Tracked and Signed letters for years, within the EU. OK, of course this isn’t a courier service so I’m not expecting fast deliveries. However, at all times they never delivered the item within for example 5 days as they say ( and no it’s not the other country’s mail service faulty, it’s RM that took them a couple of weeks to send it to the other country). Anyway, I’ve been accepting that for the price I paid, although it’s not what they promise ( don’t make promises RM and don’t give specific timeframes if you can’t adhere to them! ). What happened recently though is just terrible- totally unacceptable. I sent an item abroad in the EU and the status is still ‘ item is now leaving the UK ‘. This hasn’t changed for more than 5 weeks now!!! Surely, it can’t be leaving the UK for 5 weeks! Nobody can tell me where my item is. In what country or if they lost it. What’s the whole purpose of providing a tracking service then?! It’s extremely annoying that they can’t update you. It’s a totally useless system, same as sending the item by normal post. No difference between normal post and tracked and signed option. Also their customer service is so bad- they can’t help you at all. And their responses are generic- just copy/paste. They don’t even look into you enquiry. There is no special form for complaints either! RM sorry; I won’t be using you again- at least for international shipments. You are really unacceptable. And no, this is nothing to do with the current covid situation. No excuse at all. Wake up and leave the public sector mentality you have if you want to keep your customers.

Royal Mail delivered two "guaranteed before 1.00pm" parcels to me today. One of them they left in my shed which they normally do. One they took back to the depot and can't redeliver for another two days. Neither parcel needed a signature. What kind of idiot would deliver one item and take one back for re-deivery? Unless it was a very disgruntled employee just trying to cause problems. My "guaranteed before 1.00pm" parcel will now take 4 days to reach me. Their prmium services are not worth a damn.

Why is it that everytime l order from Amazon and it is delivered by Royal Mail it is either late or just doesnt arrive ar all. All the other delivery companies seem to be able to deliver the next day.b

Sent Prescription 1st class signed for with tracking. Still not arrived and that was 7 days ago. Cant complain till 1st September 2020. But charge me £2.06 Might has well used 2nd class Hospital sent me 1st Class Letter that also not arrived. Disgusted. At least be honest

Usually no problems until my normal postman was off for 2 weeks. Then that was when 2 items that I was expecting disappeared!

Extremely poor international services...I have been waiting for an item by special delivery for over a month and it still hasn't arrived. They used Covid-19 as an excuse for my item not arriving in time when I contacted them, and they didn't actually help me.They just told me to contact the sender and they did nothing more when I asked for help. I am very disappointed and I am afraid that they lost my item...1 star is more than what Royal Mail and its delivery partners actually deserve.

1, Track and sign is a complete waste of time and is open to abuse by dishonest people. (RM staff and customers) 2, First class large letters frequently taking over 2 weeks to deliver in the UK. 3, When you make a claim for lost items you have to give a full run down of how much the item cost you to buy or make. Impossible when you hand make lots of items and buy materials in bulk. 4, If you cannot supply the above information you only get your postage cost back. 5, If you decide to make an official complaint, you get a generic reply that has nothing to do with your specific complaint and it basically tell you to get lost and that no, you cannot escalate higher. I have a website and I also sell on EBay, unfortunately some customers have no interest in the issues I am having with RM and give you bad feedback which has an impact on sales. RUBBISH RUBBISH AND A BIT MORE RUBBISH ON THE SIDE.

I now have four items outstanding which were supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail, dating back almost three weeks. The longest delayed item is a signed for package. According to the tracking information, this was deposited at a particular post office ready for delivery on 4th August; and according to the same tracking information, it is still there twenty days later. Absolute joke.

I don't know how companies continue to send items by royal mail. For the third time that they say was delivered my item, but not at my house and leave no information, the other two times I went to the depo and was there. This time I'm not going after, the company that sent me the item that is right with them. What incompetence.

Had a delivery and I was at work. No matter, my neighbours are always in. Oh but no, unlike every other delivery service, no attempt was made to hand it to neighbours or any safe place. Now because of the COVID times I’ll never be able to pick it up around work times. Pathetic service, obsolete and should just die off

Poor International services, list the parcel again, zero answers over the phone, no customer services exist - hiding from customers, no email address available and that against the legal requirements in the UK.

Have now waited well over 48hrs for what was meant to be a 24hr priority tracked package. No doubt Covid will be blamed. But its worth bearing in mind that none of the other companies are having the same problems. If ever an organisation needed privatisation its Royal Mail!!!

I recommend no one trusts the post office when they state a signed for letter will take approximately one to two days to be delivered. I am on my fourth day of waiting for my letter to be delivered first class and have been informed by The Royal Mail service department that it could take up to a further ten days due to Covid 19 . Are they making Covid 19 an excuse or just terrible service ?

My package has not been updated for a week now. I live in Norway and the phone number from their site is "no in use" is what I hear when I try to call. 10 days to answere emails and the mail won't even send, just refreshes the site. Tracking assistant is just useless. Text phone does not work to text or to call - everything is shìt. Almost like they try to make it hard to get in contact with them! Worst experience ever. That 1 star in not deserved, I just can't give any less..

If I could give negative stars oh my dearord I would give them million of those. This company needs to be closed down and never EVER be mentioned again. Its just TERRIBLE. Been waiting for my parcel for over a week now and it was posted as 24hours tracked service, on top of all that their broken website won't even let me use the tracking number, "update will be avaliable when we attempt to deliver", WE ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. That's the bloody thing, you don't even make an attempt to deliver parcels. Bunch of useless and careless people. Horrible.

I wouldnt have given 1 star if I had the choice!!! Bought Tracked 48 online, took parcel to post office, wouldnt accept as has to go to a delivery office!!!! Delivery office only open 7am to 9am GRRR How come all the other parcel company's are still open AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
