Special delivery before 1 is a joke. And waiting at home just to find a card saying we missed you, because the driver didn't bother to knock on the door. Wasted my day waiting and the next day because i had to go and collect it. And complaining goes on deaf ears. Many times over. They should not employ this people. I hope they go out of business. They don't deserve to be in this business

Spent £25 for special delivery - that was FOUR days ago, tracking gave up on the first day. No support, hopeless

These guys are a joke. They are beyond slow. I’ve been waiting weeks for first class domestic parcels to arrive. I went to the sorting office and they said that the delivery person for our building is off sick so we won’t get any post until he’s back! How can this even happen. It’s taking over 2 weeks to deliver a first class parcel from amazon and elsewhere. Awful service.

Waiting on very important documents & packages for over 2 weeks now, most of which were sent 24hr tracked delivery & still nothing !! Simply cannot contact them verbally & all you get back from a complaint email is the usual drivel. All other delivery companies are delivering fine & within there promised time scales. Royal mail are so embarrassingly poor I simply wouldn't even give them 1 star !! AWFUL

Utterly incompetent, and corrupt in covering up their incompetence. They quote "it's in our regulations" at every opportunity, but their regulations are self-serving to excuse their atrocious service behaviours. A 48 hour parcel delivery service took 12 days. They left a missed call card that had illegible handwriting, so I couldn't use the redelivery option; so I had to enter the complaints system, which brought me to the victim mentality and a plethora of regulations based self-serving excuses as to why their failure is not their fault and, because of their regulations, I was not entitled to any refund of the already high postage cost that I had paid in good faith... I cannot give zero stars, otherwise I would.

Omg this is the absolute WORST service ever !! Been waiting god knows how long for stuff that should of been here within 4 days, they dont have anyone you can actually speak to unless you have the patience to wait 50+ minutes on the phone and you can never ask the postman because they dont ever come id rate it 0 if i could

I had to click on one star as there was no option for Zero Sent an expensive birthday present to my Grandson and it didn't arrive. I paid to send it tracked. The tracker says it was delivered on the correct day and gave a time and a squiggle for a signature. the signature is not recognised. The house has high definition CCTV and there was no Royal Mail delivery at all on that day. Impossible to speak to anyone on their contact number and the website gives various options to select for a complaint and finishes up back at page 1 where I started without registering any complaint. A terrible company with no human voice to speak to or assist. This looks like theft by whoever was supposed to deliver it and forged a signature.

Long queue's surly staff, really annoy them if you don't ask for proof of postage up front, why does a business think you are quite happy to have your item go missing but not give you proof automatically, then try and track, if they don't up there game 100% they will be gone, shame my Postman is fantastic.

Incorrect opening times shown on collect card for sorting office. Incorrectly filled out card. Wasted four mile journey to collect. What a joke.

Terrible service - card advising item left at post office arrived 5 days after alleged attempt to deliver - International package at depot - opening times on card all wrong - appreciate some changes due to current situation but at least put a sticker or something on card to advise to check for revised collection hours?

They really need to get there act in order, domestic 1st class deliveries are taking a week, the covid excuse is no longer good enough, other couriers are delivering on time. they have been poor for the last three years but they have not improved whatsoever and make up the same BS excuses every time. They should not be the main delivery service of the UK, extortionate prices for sub par service.

Virtually impossible to get through the to Royal Mail customer service awful music you haven’t a clue we’re you are in the Q tried 5 times this morning no chance they make a fortune in profits and don’t care about customer service they are a joke.

I want to give zero stars... A click and drop delivery (to Jersey) left with them on 9th Oct still hasn’t arrived on 19th October and tracking hasn’t updated since 9th ! My eBay buyer wants his money back. My claim has been acknowledged but phoning is pointless and you hold forever and I get no response from Twitter and there is no live chat.

3 parcels in 1 month gone missing and I can not claim it back without the receipt of the jewelry but it's vintage jewelry what has been collected over the years with no receipt so what is the point of paying for special delivery if you can not claim anyway will use another delivery service in the future

It was horrible I’ve sent a parcel from UK to Egypt they told it would take two weeks maximum I waited for 16 days not delivered yet I checked the statue of track in transite for more than 10 days I called them many times they said they’ve got nothing to help me with and they don’t know where is it and I cannot complain now just after 25 days and if I did so it would take other 14 days to receive my complain. I’m not happy I’ve sent expensive stuff and I don’t know where is them now and no one knows even them. It was supposed to be my family’s presents for occasions and the occasion have passed and they didn’t get it of course um really upset and mad with that My name: Zeinab Moustafa Track number: RZ140953657GB Please I need help
