Sent a small light parcel from London to south Ireland paid £15 for tracking . Two weeks later not delivered. Tracked online last destination shown was Greenford on day I sent two weeks earlier. Tried ring numerous numbers but can’t actually talk to anyone. Left holding on for30min just abt to hang up when someone answered and informed me later that my parcel was at customs at Heathrow which is a normal procedure with international parcels with Royal Mail. My advice DO NOT SEND PARCELS ABROAD WITH ROYAL MAIL

This branch is terrible, opens whenever they feel like it,I’ve been many times after 9am for it to be closed yet again, getting fed up of this happening since the new people took over.To the guy behind the counter=it wouldn’t crack your face if you smiled occasionally ,no interaction not even a hello,I hate going in here now

I have had several bad experiences with royal mail, currently I have 2 packages with royal mail and they have refused to deliver them to me. They keep giving excuses each time I call without paying for damages. I won’t use them again.

On the two occasions I decided to utilise RM's free collection of a package, both attempts have met with failure. Thinking collection would be easier than driving to the nearest post office, I have been sucker punched again. No collection or information forthcoming. A waste of time. Thank you RM for letting me down a second time. Hopefully your new owners will put this slipshod 'collection service' in its place.

First of all let me start by saying that I am happy with the postman but having to deal with customer services is horrible. A parcel with a UPS label was taken by the postman and it was never returned or handed back to UPS. I requested assistance via customer services and the advised me that the parcel has been delivered to Zara and to go look for it myself 😀 Absolutely disgraceful is what customer services are.

Absolute disgrace. Don't bother paying more for 1st class, there's no difference to 2nd class. You get the same service.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Royal Mail and would strongly advise against using their services, especially if you're running an online business. I shipped a parcel to a TikTok customer via UK Signed For 2nd Class over a month ago, and it’s still showing as "in transit." Despite making multiple phone calls, they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I was given a reference number for my complaint, but it’s clear they haven’t taken any real action. This delay has cost me 4 violation points for late dispatch on TikTok, severely impacting my shop’s performance. Royal Mail’s customer service is unhelpful, and their system is unreliable. If you're serious about growing your online store, avoid this 3rd-class courier service at all costs!

Parcel sent to Canada for daughter’s birthday. 14 days later I’m still waiting. Worryingly I got an email on the day that the parcel was picked up to say ‘sorry that we were unable to pick up your parcel’ Customer service is an endless range of press 1 and go round in a loop. Tracking seems stuck on day 2 of parcel’s journey. I would not trust Royal Mail ever again

Well I would give them no stars! Tracking tells you nothing - apart from " we are running behind schedule!; Use other Couriers Evri/ Yoodle/DHL all brilliant! They should be renamed Rubbish Mail!

Claim to have fried to deliver to me 4 days ago but no card left and I was at home! No delivery attempted since and nobody will tell me where mt package is. Despite a complaint allegedly going straight to local sorting office managed no news at all! In any other walk of like holding on to someones possessions would be theft. A joke

Royal Mail charging first class prices yet not delivering for 3/4 days. Who’s the fool here. The Royal Mail delivery vehicles are disgusting they are dirty damaged and not a pretty sight. Also why does the post person seem to want to discharge their unwanted elastic bands in my garden in the same place. This company is disgusting. If I could leave a less star for the feedback they would get a zero.

i am utterly discusted with this service, posted at post office on 9 th july 2024 . with signature required, not arrived. actually not ever received at royal mail.tried to enquire by telephone listened to terrible music for 30 minutes at a time at least 4 calls. even sent by post a claims form told hadnt been received. told to call back 3 weeks later so did this not received , then filled in on line. and its that difficult as you have to upload proof and i did but no joy. lost a total of £100 also then told i have only so many days to complete claims form. when i have already sent one by there post box and they have not received diisgusted they should be sued. will concede as its made me ill. you are disgusting and no one can do anything about getting their money back with all the obsticals in the way. steer clear of these sharletons how dare they.

1. I have a subscription for commemorate stamps which are posted out to me with boldly printed "DO NOT BEND" showing clearly on the envelopes. Guess what?.....postie obviously doesn't read them before popping through my letterbox, resulting in damaged goods. 2. Still waiting on a Tracked 48 delivery, which I was advised by Royal Mail, would be delivered on Saturday 31 August. Didn't turn up and it's now 4th September. 3. Royal Mail app is worse than useless. Cannot sign in even with correct credentials. I'm just about to give up hope with this company and cancel my subscription.

Royal Mail has horrible service and non efficient delivery people in our area take items at wrong addresses not checked,Tracking is marked as delivered on the day but they are not and the item turns up after few days when complaint is submitted and you have to cancel complaint and important items are not received on time .In one instance my delivery man took item back marked as wrong address didn’t ring my doorbell or knock and I had to chase it up at delivery office and they will redirect again this is non sense

Consistently late with packages to Northern Ireland. Tracking doesn’t update half the time and when it does, they miss the day given more often than not. Abysmal customer service.

Birthday cards finally arrived at my house last Friday days after the event, some were posted 9 days before as included a bank holiday. All cards and letters dated 19th & 20th August all with FIRST CLASS postage. SHOCKING SERVICE and this has happened to me before.

Paid for guaranteed 1pm next day delivery for an urgent parcel. The notification said it would be collected from.my home between 08.43 and 12.43. So precise were these times that I missed the small word 'estimated '. Of course noone came within these times and I had an appointment at 2pm so at 1.30 I left a note on the door to say I had waited as long as I could and now needed to pay again at the Post Office for next day delivery. Royal Mail were unsympathetic and told me that the estimated times for collection were not binding and the collection could be made any time up to 4pm. So why the hell give such specific times and why don't they say you will likely need to wait in all day? Sorry excuse for a service. I'll never use them again.
