I also want to complement your customer service department who helped me when I inadvertently chose the wrong size and hit order. I contacted them and they immediately took care of the issue. I got the right rug, at the right price with great quality.”

“Buying this rug was a very pleasant experience. Staff were extremely helpful and the selection is broad and well organized. It arrived promptly and in good shape. I would just suggest that you warn about and give instructions for dealing with off-gassing. The smell is bad and probably not healthy.”

“This rug was not what we were expecting, particularly for the price. We are persian rug owners (and TJ Maxx rug owners). We love a good rug. But for this rug, even though in the pictures it looks beautiful, (and when placed together with the price), we assumed it was a much nicer higher quality rug than it ended up being. We returned it and it cost us $300 in shipping. Quite an expensive mistake. Unfortunate.”
