“All the rugs I have ordered have been of excellent quality. The company employees are wonderful with communicating with any shipping issues, as there has been with Covid and more than willing to help you get your product to your satisfaction. Prices are also some of the best in the market.”

“This review is on the quality of the rug (Surya Closeout Monte Carlo MNC-2328 Sky Blue Rug). I’ve had it for two weeks and the edge is already frayed. I would not recommend this rug. The customer service was great. FedEx said it had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. The representative tracked down the issue and got it resolved.”

“My issue is not with the quality of the rug. It is that you don't offer the 12' or even the 10' runners in the Momeni carpets. I have one from a few years back so I know they used to make them. The 8' I ordered, while a nice looking carpet, I can't use it anywhere. It's too short. So, my mistake but I'm still not a happy customer for the reasons I stated.”

“Best price for 2 area rugs I purchased with price match. Love the rugs I purchased. Agent was somewhat hesitant about price match but did give me the matching price. The rugs are made by Surya and are absolutely beautiful.”

“OMG!!! This is the most gorgeous rug. Even more so, in person. I spent a lot of time looking for a rug and this was perfect. All high-end stores had this rug for 7K. I didn't give up. I am so happy that I found this on RugsDoneRight. And, this is not the first time that I have found a high-end rug for my house on RugsDoneRight. Thank you.”
