“Ordered a rug online. The dost was less than buying from a local retailer. The sales person with whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful with information regarding color, texture, and variations in the rug I was interested in. The rug was exactly as described by the sales person. The delivery person called to say what time he would be arriving. He carried the large, very heavy rug upstairs, unwrapped it and helped to center it on the rug pad. Could not be more pleased. Will certainly use Rugs Done Right in the future and will recommend them to others.”

“Although I was a bit worried because I saw a few bad reviews after I sent my order in, I was very happy to see my rug in the lobby of my apartment just in time for me to put the finishing touches on a week of decorating my place. I never received the tracking information so I did not know the rug was in it’s way but I’m glad I got it fast.”
