“The rug is absolutely beautiful! I was surprised by the really good quality. It looks great on a small deck I have that overlooks my garden. I also got the rug very quickly. I understand in these times that shipping schedules are slowed down to protect the warehouse workers; which I support. We wouldn't get our merchandise without the hard working people who prepare the order. Please pass my thank yous to them!”

“I had been looking for a specific size and pattern of a Safavieh rug and was so thrilled to find what I was looking for but I accidentally ordered the wrong rug, it was so close in color and pattern it wasn’t until I received the confirmation that I noticed the boarder was different. I emailed Right away and they cancelled my order and located and shipped the correct rug. They have a great selection of rugs and Jen in customer service went above and beyond, I’ll buy again in the future!”
