“It was easy to navigate the RugsDoneRight's website and checkout. I was particularly pleased with their customer service. After I ordered my rug, I realized I needed to have it sent to a different address. I emailed them, thinking it would be too late to change. They quickly emailed back that it was all taken care of. Needless to say, I was relieved and happy. I can't wait to see the rug in person. I received an email today saying it will arrive soon. I have enjoyed working with RugsDoneRight. Their prices were by far the best on the web. Their service is great. They responded quickly and were very accommodating. I highly recommend them.”

“I enjoyed having the large inventory to look through. I found the exact carpet I was looking for. I am a little concerned however because the knap of the rug in a few places looks like it is missing some of the material. Let me know what you think.”

“It took a long time for my rug to be delivered. I needed to contact customer service twice. Customer service was incredible though and was persistent about following through. I was thrilled. The rug arrived today and was as beautiful as it was pictured online. It came packaged in thick plastic. It is high quality and positively stunning.”

“Let's face it, buying a floor rug is not that complicated. You pick one, click a few things, and wait till it shows up. That's what I did. It worked. Why do I give 5 stars, because nothing went wrong. It was simple and straightforward. And the price was the BEST of several sites. No need to look any further. The rug was great and well portrayed in the photos. All good. No worries.”
