“Received the rug in a timely manner. Rug looks amazing out on the covered deck and the colors are perfect!! Oh and I found the rug a little cheaper so called them. They matched the price (after verifying of course) and gave me an additional 10% off. Highly recommend and the customer service was excellent!! Thanks again!!”

“My rugs are fabulous! I love them and everyone compliments them when they walk into my home. All the staff is very professional and helpful every time I needed an answer. “Saw this rug at a fancy shore boutique. Same rug at RugsDoneRight for $100 less. Plus the customer experience was very boutique like with great emphasis on satisfaction.”

“Placed the rug yesterday. It is beautiful. And the plush magnet pad ensures the 30 ft runner is secure and lays flat. Can't say enough about the assistance your designer provided. Her patient guidance and recommendation ensured I made the just right selection. Many, many thanks”

“I like rugs done Right. They said they matched prices. When I found a lower price on another site they not only matched it but they charged me a little less. My rug was delivered exactly when they said it would. And I am a happy customer”
