Jamie Carney was able to show us samples of rugs, educated us on various brands and styles in order to narrow down our search.Prompt emails on ordering rug samples, quick delivery of 3 samples in order to make our selection.Based on the quality of the samples we are very confident that Rugs Done Right was an excellent choice.”

“Even more spectacular in person. Excellent quality! It's hard to order rugs by online pictures, but this rug was just perfect in every way. Great company based in the USA, and great customer service that actually picks up the phone.”

“The rug I ordered was what I was expecting it to be. It looked as it did in the picture online. It was shipped quickly and took a couple of days for the edges to lay flat but after it lays beautifully now.”

“Love the rugs. feel nice under feet for being inside/outside rugs. They lay so nice and flat after being sent rolled. Although I was sent an extra rug that I didn't order. I called about a week or so ago and haven't heard back yet what to do. So would like to hear back about that.”
