“My yellow gingham check rug is just what I wanted! I read other reviews where the buyer thought the rug looked dirty and that there were areas without loops of wool....however, I am a fiber artist and I understand that I dyed natural wool from a “white” sheep looks off-white in color, not bright white. The “white” in this rug is a natural off-white. Also, the only sparse looking parts were from the way the rows of hooking got compacted when rolled up and shipped. I unrolled it, saw how those lines looked sparse, simply rubbed the rug here and there with my foot, and it was fine. You could also vacuum it to get it all brushed. Overall, it’s the size and style I needed for my space. I’m pleased.”

“I was looking for a specific rug--a round to match our living room rug--and RugsDoneRight had it!! After getting the info of the back of our existing rug, I was able to easily find it on the Web site. The rug is not only perfect, it was delivered quickly with great tracking information along with way. The Free Shipping offer was such a plus. It's a great quality rug at a reasonable price. “Can’t say enough about the customer service I received from Jen. I was contacted directly by RugsDoneRight once I had inquired about Loloi rugs. They offered to give the best pricing available and did just that even when the Loloi sale had ended. I ordered on Thursday and no ship date was provided which made me a bit nervous. I received notice on Saturday, however, that my rugs had been shipped and was astounded to learn that they would arrive on Sunday. I am not sure how or why I got such spectacular delivery, but I am sitting here with rugs already down on the floor. They came before 10:00 am this morning. This review is about dealing with RugsDoneRight and is not about the product. Customer service and delivery were beyond anything I’ve ever had with online purchases.”

“The rug is the right size for my space. It is a pretty rug for my kitchen. The middle space of the rug is a little darker than I’d like, a little darker than what it looked like on line. But it still blends well with the room. I know new rugs shed, but this also seems to have little places of thread that are sticking up and noticeable. I am overall happy with the rug.”

“I have ordered three rugs through this company. They are always prompt in getting back to me, helpful and well informed. Good quality rugs. Sometimes the rugs are not as fast getting here as things I've ordered through Amazon, but then most places are not.”
