“This was my first purchase from RDR and it was a seamless purchase. What I liked was the fact I received a reminder email that I forgot to purchase a rug pad. (IMO it would have been great if that could happen at checkout because I couldn’t use the first time buyers coupon) Anyway, I reached out to a representative and they gave me another coupon to use for the pad. I look forward to my rugs arrival.”

“I have not received my rug order as of yet but I was notified that my order is on the way which is fantastic news. “I have not received it yet; however, I will say that the customer service has been outstanding. My original order ended up being out of stock, but someone quickly let me know and helped me get something else that will easily serve the purpose I need it for.
